I had a different version of this, and still can't find it. Not a problem because I like this one better. It seems to fit around my wrist easier, and I like the verbal reading. I'm told that the wrist readings are pretty accurate, and being able to do this with one hand really works for me. The price was also very reasonable. You have to love Amazon!

I bought this for my mother who has vision problems. It's wonderful!! It's so easy for her to use with the one touch button. The voice is easy to understand. The irregular heart beat and back ground color features are extra bonuses that help for those that have high blood pressure or heart problems. The background color changes to red when it is high, so at first glance you know and if there is an irregular beat it doesn't just give you an error message like other pressure cuffs do.

Can barely hear the talking feature. It doesn't say that your BP is hi, low or normal, just gives the reading. I would have done just as well ordering a non talking model and saved a few bucks. It does fit my small wrist, which is a good thing.

I always want to have a monitor with backlight. It is convenient to not have to get out of bed, turn on the light,.. to take the measurements. So I jumped on this one after only read the 5-star reviews.
I received it and liked it at the first sight. All the convenience I wish is there. You do not even need to read the numbers, just looking at the colors of the backlight and you know all. I have two Omron monitors, one for the wrist and the other the cuff. Both of them work fine for years and still are, with sometime 1-3 digits different. To me it is acceptable. I bought the Eastshore b/c of its backlight feature, still expecting some acceptable difference in the measurements amongst the three monitors.
My first readings it gave me were 105-75-58. What a shock! About one hour ago, the readings from the 2 Omrons were around 130-70-60. I made another try, the readings were still more/less the same. Back to my Omrons, my SYS was around 130. I tried again for a couple more days and decided that the readings were dangerously inaccurate to use.
I contacted the seller who asked me to send it back. He refunded the price but not the shipping cost. So beware with this seller. If he sells you a DOA item, you will pay to return it. This seller has a his own Return policy and does not abide by Amazon's.
Do not buy it if you do not want to lose money on a junky product.
