A lot of people swear by Silpat, but my Fox Run Baking mats have held up incredibly well for a fraction of the price. I have used the large size for years and loved it. Recently, I have been using my toaster oven more often than my full sized oven, so I got this one to use there. It works just as well as the full sized ones.

I have two Silpats and two Fox Run non stick baking mats and I find them all fabulous! I highly recommend you give them a try. I have saved as much as it costs in parchment paper twice over!

This product might work well, if I use it, however, it is falsely advertised. They show you three different sizes together. This makes you think that you are getting a great deal this price is great for three. However they sent me one little mat for a toaster oven. If I was only going to get one I would have gotten the large one that would fit at least a half pan/cookie sheet. I don't have time to send it back, or I would have, I've just thrown it in the junk draw and will now buy another one from a company who is not trying to be deceiveing.
