I received this product after having ordered it on Sept 10 on the 19th. This was the fault of the USPS I believe as they sent it to the east coast and I live on the west coast. The seller made good and resent the item on the 17th and I received it in two days and did refund my shipping cost However the product is cheaply made of light weight cast metal. This is a two part unit and the upper ring that the cap screws onto is very fragile. Mine broke as I was screwing the lower unit part into the 2 inch pipe collar. This product is advertised as a Fill-Rite by Tutthill brand product part number FRTC. Fill-Rite is a very reputable company that makes many products and does them well. This product does not have a brand name or logo anywhere on it. The under side of the cap is stamped Mexico and a sticker on the top of the cap says assembled in Mexico. I do not believe this is a Fill-Rite product as is advertised. I would not recommend this product.

After looking up the review, I found it got attached to a product sold by tool box supply. I bought mine through kit-master on amazon which I do not find listed now. Also the product picture does not show the 2 inch npt part that threads into a 2 inch pipe collar. The part that broke easely is the top of the 2 inch pipe threaded part that the cap fits on. The cap its self is an oaky part which is the only part pictured being sold by tool box supply.

Not as original equipment. Padlock hole is punched through in the wrong spot on the fuel cap, which doesn't secure the cap tightly like the original when the padlock is used. Oh yeah the padlock wouldn't even fit through the padlock hole due to poor workmanship. "Surprise" it has a stamped in the metal "Mexico" on the bottom of the cap. When it said made in the USA when I read the specs before I sent it to my "cart" when purchased.
I'll just use my old 15 year old cap and so much for upgrading my transfer tank fill cap.
