I installed this at the outlet of a water pressure tank and it works fine. It feels solid and the mechanism works as it should. There isn't much to say since it's an ordinary valve like just about any other you'd find in the hardware aisle.

This is not a full-port valve. Although the product title does not say that it is a full-port valve, Amazon's product specifications say that it is full-port. So beware that there is some misinformation in Amazon's description. The valve operates properly and it really does have 3/4 inch female pipe threads at both the inlet and outlet. The handle is stamped China, which makes me confident that it is a durable well-made product. I used four of these valves for an irrigation water project. All function as they should, but one had a poorly installed handle. The handle was not seated on the stem and the nut was loose. Because the fit was too tight, I had to knock the handle on to the stem and then tighten the nut - - an easy fix.

Ball valves are the simple way to solve the short life cycle problem of compression valves while making the function workable for arthritic users. They don't turn easily but they require only 1/4 rotation between off and on. The long handle can be moved with hand foot or an extension
Prices vary radically between vendors for the same quality and function
The new kid on the block is "lead free alloy" Lead is used for many things including for instance liquid glass in order to eliminate microscopic or even large bubbles. Lead crystal glass is "lead heavy" AND EXENSIVE.
SAME FOR METAL ALLOYS.
"Lead free" with same quality as lead included is extremely expensive. Lead alloyed in any liquid state makes a smooth clear no bubbles product when solid. Lead added to liquid glass or metal makes a superior product but there are those folks who claim that traces of lead in anything make a hazard. Some dinnerware is radioactive. Many pottery glazes are radioactive as a heavy element is needed to "fine" out the product as cheaply as possible in order to produce perfection you can afford.
Lead free brass is the latest EPA victim and the public will pay double for minutia immeasurable small benefit to anybody.

Lead free PRESSURE REGULATORS cost around $100 where the lead alloy regulators about $50 for the same brand.
Different States require different lead restrictions. To make an inexpensive precision brass fitting you need a lead alloy

Quality valves. I ordered three; they were free from defects, operated smootly and passed the pressure test I needed them for (15 psi air).

As other commenters have noted, these are not full bore valves. (They say 'Standard Bore' on the handle.) The 1/2" NPT valve I recieved had a bore approximately the size of a 3/8" (schedule 40) pipe ID.

was advertised as a full port ball valve, but when recieved it was not a full port valve. so instead of a 4 inch flow path as intended it only has a 3 inch which reduced supply flow.

Great concept... I received mine only to find it was missing the ball on the inside. Lever was intact but no ball. Sometimes you need a ball in a "ball" valve... just saying.

Not sure this is a full-bore valve. I'm using this on the low pressure side of my well system and so flow volume and pressure drops aren't a concern. I also don't recall if it had NSF certifications for lead content, if that's a concern for you.
