this product came with 2 of 5 colors defective and damaged. one color paracord came with a bunch of snags in it so i couldnt use most of it for anything and the packaging was undamaged so it was packaged that way. another color came with a fuse in the middle as if it was the last of a spool so they fused it to another piece so they wouldnt waste any paracord. i included photos up top. intentionally and knowingly selling damaged product makes me feel like my money was stolen and i was taken advantage of.

I do not recommend this product from this seller. Check around for others. My product came in an oversized box. The package was opened and the buckles were missing. One of the cords was not whole and was tied together. I contacted Amazon Customer Service only to be offered a $2.00 refund to purchase the missing buckles (nothing mentioned about the broken cord). Before ending the chat session I looked to see what it would cost me to purchase the buckles and replace the cord and well, it would cost me much more than the original purchase. I have opted to return the product at no cost to me and will not even attempt to purchase from this seller again. Poor packaging, poor product, and missing parts is what your in for. I now have to find time to make it to the UPS store to ship this back so that I can receive my refund. This was described as "an uncontrollable situation". I call it a huge inconvience in that I have to now spend money on gas just to return the dreaded product.

This item was shipped fast and was exactly how described. Its a great bargain to make your own bracelets and can make up to 10 bracelets. I have not load tested though so I will not comment on its strength.I watched you-tube for some video on how to make bracelets and within minutes I was making my own and making gifts for others.

I did a lot of shopping on Amazon before purchasing this kit for making paracord bracelets. This kit is perfect. It has enough cord that you can experiment with, and the buckles to get you started. And for $10, I wasn't that worried if I didn't enjoy making the bracelets it wasn't that much money spent. I did read all of the reviews and everything described for the product was there, although I did notice one snag in one of the colors. The 3/8" buckles are the perfect size for the bracelets, too. I definitely recommend this product for people just getting started in paracord bracelet making. Also, for those who need instructions, check out videos on youtube.com. There are a ton out there, and it's easier to understand via video versus paper instructions.

UPDATE: I demoted this product from 5 stars to 3 because the buckles I received were not 3/8". They are actually 5/8". Thinking these were the perfect size buckles, I ordered a big pack of 3/8". I was very surprised when I received a bag of teeny tiny buckles. Now I know to order 5/8" which were the size these buckles were even though it says 3/8".

The 3/8in buckles were missing and the cord is not in good shape. I decided to hold on to the cord, to much hassle to return.
Amazon offered to refund $2.50 of the price, for the buckles.

The cord is fine, but that's all I got.
The clips and rings were missing.

My only option was to return it to correct this but I just didn't want to mess with it.

I guess I am in the lucky group of people to get cord that is undamaged. I received my cord nicely wrapped in a solid bundle, and the clips I received were high quality. No snags or frays in my cord and they were solid full length strands with no cut and melted together pieces. Will purchase from again!
