I have using KT TAPE for about a month now, but because of the high price, I decided to try a cheaper alternative. I play indoor volleyball in a Over 40 league, if I do not wear the KT TAPE I am sore for almost a week. I found this 3B TAPE on Amazon.com, I decided to order some, and found the 3B TAPE works exactly like KT TAPE, at half the price! Also, I sweat when I play, the 3B TAPE does not fall off. I will say it again, exactly like KT TAPE at half the price.

The stretch is the same, but I think the product is just a little thinner making it easier to keep it on. The material is maybe a little slipprier under clothing so does not seem to roll as easily as the kinesiotape. I like the price and would prefer it if it turns out to be more economical. The glue for those that I tried it on, seemed comparable, but I beleive the difference was the thickness of the material.

I'm an avid jogger, I've been jogging a few years now to relieve stress and to stay healthy. In the spring of 2014, I sprained my ankle and my knee at the same time. I didn't feel it till I stopped jogging. Doctor said a sprain. So, I looked up online how to support the muscles in my leg after a sprain so that I could get running again when I heal. This is it. Works great. I recommend you watch the video on their website before just trying to stick tape on. You could put it on wrong, it doesn't work and you think you've wasted your money. Their website has great videos on the major trouble areas for where to stick the tape to help you the most. I love the colors it comes. I'm a fan of the pink one myself. Then again I am uber girly. It does go on like tape, meaning... it's not going to be an easy application, but well worth it. It's also breathable. You don't get that tape burn from it. Latex free, water proof. I keep mine on the rest of the day, hours after jogging. Like I said read the directions and watch the videos on their website to best show you how to apply the tape instead of writing a negative review. Can even find the videos on youtube.

Bought this for my mom. She has flexor Tendinitis (or locked finger) issue. Flexor Tendinitis is where tendons in the fingers is either catching or locking in a bent position, particularly in the morning. And is painful to straighten out as it pops or clicks when straightening the finger. My mom was told to wear a splint to keep them straight while sleeping. If you ever wear a splint you would know how uncomfortable it is. In come the Kinesiology tape. It help hold her finger straight as she sleeps but give just enough movement at night to not be uncomfortable.

3BTAPE is just what she needed. Its long and wide and of great value. It will last months for the length she need each night. Great product, highly recommended.

I've tried the KT Original pre-cut strips, Mueller brand, and this one. It ranks in the middle. It's comparible in price to Mueller and I think Mueller sticks better. The KT website has some helpful taping applications.

It does its job. If you don't have any sort of long term issues, this is a great, cheaper alternative to other brands. I had arthroscopic surgery for a dislocated kneecap and did 3 months of physical therapy, and I'm still building up my quad strength so I use athletic tape for extra support most days. I have to reapply this every day so I end up going through a full roll in 2 weeks, whereas I can make KT Tape brand last 4 or 5.

I have a shoulder blade area injury and a forearm injury that repeats occasionally because I climb regularly. My PT introduced me to kinesiotape, and I was seriously skeptical until I was injured just before a big trip. I went with the injury taped and it worked wonders. I'm very glad to have discovered this brand because removing the tape is painful and leaves behind painful irritated skin. This brand came off much better but still provided enough support that my performance was not hindered. Cute color too.

I liked this for my runs, but I will tell you, make sure there are NO oils on your skin. I had to use rubbing alcohol (even after showering) in order to get it to stick, and make sure you don't do your exercise right after putting it on. Normally Kinesio tape should last a couple of days, but mine barely lasted one... it's still nice to have for my runs, but I will probably look for a different tape next time.
