I ordered two (2) of the 01-033-1902 Commercial Floor Mats. The Mats arrived and I laid them out to "relax". Within a few hour's I realized the rubber boarder's were rippled like bacon - wavy. After a few day's, still the same. I could not put them into service at my Building's front entrance due to the edge's not laying completely flat...trip hazard. I purchased them through Amazon, but I contacted Apache Mills direct. Explained the problem and was ready & willing to pay shipment to send defective mats back to Apache Mill's in exchange for new one's. Apache Mill's sent two (2) new mats that are functional and in good shape. They did not ask or want the old mats back. Bottom line is they stood behind their product.

We are in a rental, but are still conscious about how we treat the floors. With the amount of snow we've had this winter (I'm in NJ), and the amount of snow we drag in on our shoes, I needed a mat that would absorb and hold all that water/salt, and keep the floors grime free. This fit the bill really well. The only downside is that once everything evaporates, you see a crusty white residue on the carpet. It's certainly not the carpets fault, but just FYI if you plan on using it for the same purpose I am. I plan on hosing it down in the spring, and have it absorb all the dirt and mud the kids track in. A great buy if you have kids! Also, it is fairly thin, so it shouldn't be a problem as long as your door has a little bit of clearance at the bottom.

Reasonably priced good quality mats. Bought these mats for the spill zone area around the self-serve fountain drink dispensers in one of my restaurants. Holds tight to the floor and will absorb any spills the customers make. Lightweight enough for my crew to take outside and clean daily.

By no means do these appear as durable as the heavy commercial grade safety mats I use in my kitchens to prevent slips and falls due to grease. So I would not suggest these for back of the house operations. But out front for customer light spills and store appearance they are perfect. I could see these being used in someone garage or outdoor patio area as well.

this mat is fantastic! this met all our requirements for a quality low profile, industrial/contemporary, heavy duty entry mat. we're further pleased on arrival to find it fully fabricated on the edges as the item pictures displayed a rubber top edge. Quality is top notch, removes debris from shoes and the rubber tactile backing does a great job keeping the mat planted on our hardwoods. carpet top is dense and easy to clean with vacuum. we've had this mat for a few months and its held up perfectly. we couldn't be more pleased with this mat especially for the price!

I ordered this mat because I was looking for something hardy and good size. I like the size of these mats - they cover a good area around the door for people to walk in on and leave their shoes. However, everything just sticks to it. One is at our backdoor where lots of grass is tracked in and the first few sweeps with the vacuum kept it clean, but now it's just permanently riddled with grass. I vacuum it on a weekly basis and I've taken it outside to beat the grass out but it didn't help. I'll probably look for something better in the future.

I like these mats and the manufacturers. I ordered three and two arrived. I contacted the seller, Apache Mills, Inc. and received the third mat the next day and another one a day later. I sent the forth one back with FedEx. I believe the carrier simply failed to send the three mats together or it was on another truck. Anyhow they're nice, serviceable mats at a reasonable price. It takes a few days for them to flatten out, but then they're set to go.

This is a really good looking mat. it is nice and heavy, and flexible so it laid flat right away.
I will see how it does at trapping dirt and water when our rainy mud season starts. Then I will change my rating to five stars, if it performs the way i think it will.
