Product does not function correctly. They look like the old head on my Sonicare toothbrush, but these don't fit as well and are much louder than the heads they are replacing. Returning them tomorrow.

Well, this appeared to be a good deal and I thought this HX7023/30 model was a better replacement head for my toothbrush after reading a little about it. However, these replacements hardly tighten on the toothbrush properly. In other words, they're too small in circumference to fit snugly on my Sonicare base. I have the E-Series HX5300 so apparently it's a different E-Series model? I always assumed E-Series means "E-Series" so be careful to make sure these heads are compatible.

Frustration free in this case means that the brush heads come each inside a little plastic bag instead of the previous near bullet-proof hard plastic encasing.

There are 3 Sonicare users in our household so, when it comes to ordering replacement brush heads, naturally, we seek the 'family supersize' offer hoping to save a few dollars. As far as I know, this is the largest pack you can get at Amazon - the 4-pack hasn't been available since almost forever.

Needless to say, but I know I'm preaching to the converted because anyone looking for this item should be a Sonicare user already, 10 years of Sonicare meant lots of money saved in dentist bills and a better quality of life for me. But... you've GOT to replace those brush heads because they DO wear out. It's only my impression and I may be wrong but my impression is that the current brush heads tend not to last as long as the ones we were getting 50+ years ago.

a4000 - advance

I hate paying so much for these, so I tried a store brand generic version. They were horrible. So much noise that they would wake my wife in the next room. Needless to say, I tossed them and ordered these, the real thing. They work great, very low noise and I've never had any problems with the Philips brand heads. Don't skimp on these.

2 out of the 3 brush heads were defective. The vibration is much louder than normal and not as strong or tight. I thought it may have been the actual unit that went bad, but when I tried it on my husbands unit it did the same thing. The 1 first brush head I tried was broken from the start. The second didn't go bad until after a month of use. I should have returned them from the start after finding one bad, but I didn't want to deal with the hassle since I still had two more to use and the price was decent even with only two. Now the second one is broken and the return window is over. I gave it 2 stars because when the product is actually working, it does a great job of cleaning my teeth. I have used the sonic care brushes for about 5 years and this is the second time I have had to deal with defective brushes. The first was when I tried to use an off brand that stated it was compatible with my Sonicare unit. So I thought if I stuck with the Sonicare brand replacement that I would be good... guess not :(

These are great, my wife and myself love using our Sonicare and these replacement heads worked nearly as expected. I only gave it 4 stars because these darn things are just so expensive and they don't seem to last the advertised 3 months they are supposed to. Spending $15 a month to 1.5 months is a little much for toothbrushes, much less just the heads.

These look very similar to the genuine Philips replacement brushes, but I don't see how they can be genuine. After 3 weeks of use, each of the 3 units I received started buzzing very loudly and the brushing action was reduced by half. I've gone back to the original brush that came with my Sonicare unit and it works just fine. Strong and quiet (by comparison).
Either Philips shipped some bad quality replacement heads, or the ones I received were counterfeit. I am about to order again from a different vendor and hope that I get high-quality replacement heads this time.
(I rotate between several heads, cleaning them in turn so that the one I stick in my mouth is clean and dry every day).
Again I must say that rotating between the four (4) that I own, original and these three, these three have gone bad and the original is still performing well.
I agree with the other customers here who complained that these don't work as well as the original and are too noisy.
