I've been toying with this itx build for over a month now. I've modified the drive cage and DVD bracket to allow for a Push/Pull radiator setup at the bottom. By removing the DVD bracket, or simply folding/cutting a small flange on the bracket, you can fit a corsair H80 radiator with a normal 120mm pull fan on top, perhaps a 140mm pull if it has 120mm mounts. I'm using a 620 Kuhler, but I've measured and know other users with the H80 setup. You'll have approximately 90mm of headroom from the 140mm fan at the bottom of the case to the lowest memory module on your motherboard.

I have easily managed to place a full ATX power supply inside this case, allowing me to forego the restrictions of an SFX supply; e.g., limited selection, relatively noisey 80mm fan in sfx PSUs, etc. I placed a Seasonic X560 in this case without drilling or cutting anything (see user photos). SilverStone should have made some incredibly simple design decisions (removing a flange/adding screw holes) that would allow for ATX PSUs right out of the box. It's a simple user mod, however. My PSU measures W150 x L160 x H86 mm and does not impede on the video card.

Absolute max video card measurements:
--Metric--
Length: 257.12 mm, or, if you remove the fan filter clip at the bottom of the case, 263.5 mm
Height: 133.35 mm, or 152.4 mm if you remove the DVD bracket.
--Standard--
Length: 10 1/8", or 10 3/8" by removing fan filter clip
Height: 5 1/4", or 6" w/o DVD bracket

The panels are thick metal, and the steel frame is sturdy, no flexion under the weight of my ATX power supply.

The SilverStone Air Penetrator fans are not a quiet line of fans, especially true as they slightly increase RPM.

My family needed a small, quiet system to use in our home theater and for my son to use for occasional gaming. It needed to be able to play Blu-Rays and DVDs from NetFlix, and it needed to be small and visually appealing enough to be part of our equipment setup. Absolute silence was not a necessity, but the quieter, the better. This system build has proved itself able to meet all of our requirements beautifully.

Parts List:

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Corsair H60 54.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z87N-WIFI Mini ITX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Western Digital Scorpio Black 750GB 2.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 760 2GB Video Card
Case: Silverstone SST-FT03B-MINI (Black) Mini ITX Tower Case
Case Fan: Noctua NF-A14 PWM 82.5 CFM 140mm Fan
Power Supply: Silverstone 450W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified SFX12V Power Supply
Optical Drive: Silverstone SOB02 Slot Load 6X Blu-Ray Writer

The Silverstone case has a clean, minimalist appearance, and is small enough to look like a piece of consumer electronics gear while being large enough to hold a pretty decent GPU. Its vertical orientation makes it impossible to place on a shelf with your other AV components, though. Our plasma TV sits on a low, wide stand, and we have the system tucked in just behind the screen, making it almost invisible from the sofa while also blocking most of the fan noise. This position also provides easy access to the slot-loading Blu-Ray drive.

This system is NOT silent, but it is quiet enough for our needs.

What I liked:

* Pulls cold air in from the bottom of the case and blows hot air out the top (which makes lots of sense to me)
* It looks good
* No tools are required to open the case
* The case opens on three sides
* The sides are substantial--nothing cheap or flimsy about them

What I didn't like:

* I had to manhandle the cables on the Silverstone ST45SF-G 450W modular power supply to get them to fit with the optical drive bay installed in the case. If I had it to do over again, I would probably go with the non-modular version of that power supply.
* By the time everything is installed, the contents of the case are packed ridiculously tight. As in "there's way too much stuff pushing against each other" tight, leaving me with the feeling that it's just a matter of time until the stress causes something to short or break. I used a liquid CPU cooler, too. Can't imagine how tight it would have been with a traditional fan. I don't look forward to the day when I need to swap parts out of this thing.

Overall I'm happy with it.

I wanted to build a mini-ITX system that would have a minimal footprint, but also be able to house a full-size gaming graphics card. The Silverstone Tek Aluminum Tower Computer Case FT03B-MINI - Black fit the bill perfectly. The construction is mostly aluminum and plastic, but overall the case is exceptionally sturdy. It does require an SFX form-factor power supply, which Silverstone conveniently makes as well (Silverstone ST45SF 450 watts SFX form factor power supply). Installation of my Foxconn H67S - LGA1155 Intel H67 Chipset Mini-ITX Motherboard was easy-peasy; 4 screws and it was on the standoffs. As diminutive as this case is, it still can house 2 x 2.5" drives (SSDs or spinning disk), 1 x 3.5" drive, and a slim internal slot-loading optical drive, in addition to a full-length video card (up to 9.8" I believe).

Of course going to such a small form-factor you have to keep tabs on all your power usage, since the largest SFX power supply I could find is that Silverstone 450w mentioned above. Even with that as a limiting factor, using the PSU power calculator here: [...] I found that my mITX system with 1 SSD, 1 optical, i7-3770K, 2 sticks of DDR3, and a GTX 560ti will all still come within the limits of the PSU. Portable gaming power ftw!
