I ordered these letters and the order was filled by Amazon distribution center....they did such a horrible job packaging the 6 letters I bought that they were all dirty, dented and scratched when I received them. I called customer service and they overnighted me the same letters, so I needed to return these ones. The new letters showed up in the exact same condition, even after customer service had left them a note to wrap each one individually....which was completely ignored by the warehouse. Don't order these letters unless you want to paint them, because it's a necessity!

I ordered this item as a photo prop for Father's Day. The item arrived faster than expected and was in perfect condition. I love the unique shape of the letter and the finish is perfect. This saved me time running out to purchase an unfinished product that I would have had to paint from the local craft store and I would not have been able to duplicate this exactly. Would purchase again if needed.

did not purchase these letters thru Amazon mostly because of the reviews of the sellers not packaging them well. But when i went to Michaels crafts to buy the paint to paint them with i found the same exact letters ( manufacturer was even the same) for HALF of the price listed here. I was quite disappointed because in almost every case Amazon is less expensive....the powers that be might consider dropping this particular seller as they not only have poor customer service but are overcharging customers.

Letters are large and nice. I agree with other reviews that mentioned that the product comes badly packaged and for this reason had a few scratches and nicks. I bought a white spray paint at lowes for $3 and quickly fixed it with one coat. Also it has no hook to hang on wall so you have to use tape. Still a good value under $3.

Did not come packaged well so it had some dents and dings. Otherwise the wooden letter is nice enough. Can't stand on its own since the cursive-ish letter is lopsided, and doesn't have any kind of hook in back to hang on wall.

I used this letter for my daughters valentines day photo session. Make sure to take out and keep track of the tiny tiny nail that keeps the plastic hanger in place. This is the perfect size especially for newborn photography sessions.

These letters are actually mdf not wood. If you are looking to repaint or distress I do not recommend them. And also they arrived with marks all over them but I didnt mind because I was in fact repainting them. Once I messed up, I sanded it and discovered it doesnt sand. Still was able to complete my project.

The box it shipped in was in perfect condition, but the seller had just pilled in the 4 letters I had purchased in it without any padding between them. There was two small sheets of bubble wrap lying on top, but nothing actually wrapping the letters themselves. As a result, one letter had a chip where the paint and wood had been damaged.

In addition, all of the letters I got (C, O, R, A) where covered in dirty smudges and a few had places where the paint had bubbled up.

All in all, very poor quality. Very disappointed. I have requested replacements, so hopefully they will take better care of the new ones!
