Came with top candle holder welded on crooked. Took a couple pictures - the name 'Twine' was on the box. Hope I can return for a straight one. This one is junk. I took the picture with the candelabra upside down, on a flat surface, just so the defect would be glaringly apparent.
UPDATE: 10-23-2015
Received a second one defective exactly the same as the first one. This company knows nothing about quality control. I wasn't about to chance a 3rd piece of junk, so I opted for a refund. I will try to find another company that makes a quality product.
