This hutch was exactly what I was hoping for, cute and decent quality. The quality is better than that of my local feed/tack store or Petsmart. I fully anticipated having to reinforce this hutch for the outdoors and simply invested in 10' x 24" of 14 gauge 1" x 1" wire mesh, purchased at my local OSH. I will also be adding legs to keep my pesky terriers from being too interested. Size wise I do believe it will be adequate for my mini rex but would not recommend it for multiple occupants, except possibly dwarf bunnies or guinea pigs.
Simply put: This would work very well indoors but invest in $50 worth of upgrades before putting outside.
*Oh and as far as assembly goes, at 8 months pregnant, I was able to assemble this hutch in about 10 minutes :)*

This is a nice hutch if you need to cage your rabbit at night or when you're not home. I can't say it would definitely be good as an outdoor hutch, but it's pretty sturdy.
There are only a couple issues I had:
-Assembly was a huge pain. The wood didn't have holes for the screws, so I basically had to make my own with the screwdriver and elbow grease. It's soft wood so I didn't need a drill.
-It also doesn't have a floor at all. When I read "Includes pull out tray for easy cleaning", I assumed that it came with a tray underneath to catch the droppings, like many hutches have. After putting it together I realized they are referring to the top floor of the hutch, which is not in a square so it sticks out awkwardly. You can see it in the picture, but it sticks out more than you think.
Otherwise It's a cute hutch, it's a good size and Milton seems to like it.

I am starting with 3 stars, as this just arrived yesterday and i got it assembled today
After purchasing 2 of these hutches, i saw on my facebook news feed from a local buy sell swap page, someone giving this exact cage away for free, aince their rabbit chewed out a huge hole and got free. So i went and purchased chicken wire to reinforce the insides of the upper part of the hutch to prevent chewing over the coarse of the next couple years. $35 roll has covered the first one (including making a floor for this as i am using it outdoors and don't want them to dig free) and looks like it will be enough for the second one
I will include pictures of my "improvements"
In the pictures is my 2 & 1/2 year old daughter (she is very tall for her age, but still gives and idea on how small this really is)
And 10-12 week old rabbits

This is a nice rabbit hutch. I added an extra run onto the right side, and mounted the complete unit to treated lumber to keep the house off of the ground. Our bunnies can stand up and stretch a lot easier.
