I recieved the product very quickly, the color and quality are great, however the product description can be misleading. It states that the product is 20" in length and that the candle and chain are not included. The actual lantern is 11" in length and the chain is attached which is what makes it 20" in length. So you can imagine my dissappointment when the lantern turned out to be half the size I expected from the description. Overall I will keep the two I ordered because they are of good quality and the color is very vibrant. I would have given 5 stars if the lantern was actually 20" in length.

I bought 4 of these with the intent to purchase more. I bought them for my backyard. I hung one outside and put a candle in it to see how it would look. The candle was not blown out by the wind. The light looked much like a stationary firefly in my yard, which was not the end result I was looking for. The lamp is what it says it is and is very nice. My only "issue" is that after I brought in the one I had hanging outside (for about a week) and put it with the other three, I noticed that the "glass" was no longer blue, it was now green.

If you plan on using these inside, or outside only for short periods then you should have no problem. But if you intend to leave them outside as I originally did, be aware that the "glass" will change to a green color. How much it will fade over longer periods of time I do not know.

I ordered this and two other models for use on our pergola. I also ordered battery operated votive candles to go in these lanterns. On this lantern, you can barely see the light of the candle, even on the darkest of nights. Additionally, within a few days the blue acrylic faded to green. Less than 6 months later, the acrylic is more of an unappealing yellow-green than the initial blue. I am very disappointed in this product.

this is the 3rd lantern I've purchased from this seller and I love it.I have the red,purple, and a larger green one packaged along with this. recieved after a week of purchasing, excelent quality for the price, packaged extremely well!both lanterns were bubble wrapped, put into individual boxes and shipped in a larger box with bubble wrap. would recomend to anyone interested in moroccan style lanterns

I bought five similar style but different colored lanterns for hanging in my curtain-free kitchen window and this was one of them. All five cost too much for what I got. At least this blue one's doors close, though the balls at each end are welded on crooked, not like the photo shows. This was the most expensive one I bought because I loved the blue color and it is as shown. The whole display looks very pretty at night and all five cost me about $45.00.

This is a very nice decorative piece. It has two doors, which makes moving a candle in or out much easier then on similar lanterns. The blue glass doesn't allow a lot of light to escape, but it's very pretty and seems pretty solid (the metal doesn't bend and the color is great). I'm very happy with it and (if they were cheaper) would love to have a few of these on the porch.
