Just got it, it is exactly as described. The width fits perfectly in our wing chair which is only 20" wide at the back (the protector is a few inches wider but maneuverable to our chair's width). This replaced a cover with flaps over the arms and back and constantly required 'fussing'. This one is much simpler, easy to install and easy to remove. The zippered pouch for the bolster is great for washing. Only wish it came in other colors. Our Jack Russel is white and her hair will show up on this medium brown. Would have liked beige or other light colors to choose from.

It was smaller than I expected and did not fill the entire seat. But, in fairness, it is a "big man's" chair, and the measurements were posted. So, I can't really hold that against it. I deducted a star because I found the strap to confusing to use. I ended up cutting it off, and I just lay it on the chair. But it does leave the ugly strap stub (thankfully not visible when it is on the chair). For some reason, about a week after setting it up, one of my cats urinated on it! At first, I blamed the pad (thinking it had an odd scent or something), since they don't do that. But, it has not happened again, so I think it was just a weird coincidence. On the plus side, it was REALLY leak proof. The fluid was partly soaked into the cover and the rest was pooled on top. I used a paper towel to remove the excess, put it in the washer and even threw in a little bleach to kill any remaining odor. Then I put it in the dryer. To my surprise, it came out looking like new and smelling fresh. It has been a couple months now, and no problems have occurred. It does gather a lot of fur, but it is not too difficult to remove. So, overall, I am satisfied.

The quality is nice too, I got it to put on my very expensive leather sofa, so I wanted something of quality that didn't detract from the sofa's appearance!

I ordered this for my cat, and she loves it. I was taking it out of the packaging for the first time when she came up to me to investigate. I didn't even have time to set it down and spread it out properly before she parked herself on it. My two cats take turns (I need to order another). The bolsters are great for supporting their heads or their paws, and I have seen them get into so many different positions. This is great for elderly cats who sleep a lot. One of my cats is 12 years old, and she has trouble retracting her claws. She gets stuck on a lot of different fabric surfaces, and I didn't want my La-Z-Boy to be one of those. This is not only a furniture saver but also a favorite spot for both my cats!
