A valve is a valve, but here is what I like about this one. First the nozzle can be located remotely. In my install I put the valves where they would be conveniently reached when out or in the tub. The nozzle is remotely located near the drain of a fairly long tub. The other reason I like this valve is that it is Moen. They really do take care of their customers with a lifetime warranty on valve inserts as well as the finish of whatever trim kit you order. You may pay a little more , but it is the last one you will buy. Moen gives me a very old school, high quality, American made experience. I wont buy any other brand.

I asked questions online, even called Amazon who told me 'yes' I was purchasing the correct attachment for the Low Arc Roman Tub Faucet. EXCEPT it wasn't without welding, new hoses, special tape AND cutting a hole in the rim/ledge of the tub because my existing three holes (of course) did not/could not line up exactly with this rigid, exact new assembly. Would have been wiser and less time to buy the other assembly kit offered,
