This massager is the best thing I've purchased this year. Seriously. I've previously been using vibrating massagers, but then a friend recommended that I try a percussion machine as it works a little bit harder than your average vibrating massage machine. This turns out to be very, very, true. I suffer from a bit of problems in my shoulders from a recovering rotator cuff, and have been on the lookout for something to cure my pain for a few months. I found this particular brand at walmart, but then decided to look on amazon to see what people's reviews said about it. The reviews were glowing, so I decided to order it. It was the best decision. The weight of the product seriously helped with the pressure, and I was able to roll out my muscles easily and with a lot of comfort.

With this massager, I've started using my pain relieving cream that I've used for the past few months, and I let the massager work it into my skin. It's a really killer trick that I recommend to anyone who's trying to get rid of pain on their body. I've owned two older versions of this product quite some time ago, approx. a decade ago. This new version, is nothing like the old one and I am severely disappointed. The different heads it comes with are all very hard, and there are minimal speed settings, to be truthful it just feels like it's vibrating, not like a real percussion action. The original version had a fairly long slider to really fine tune the speed of the massager. The different pads that it came with were also very noticeably different from soft medium and hard. Version two was even better as you can increase/decrease the spacing of the percussion heads to get a tight or wide massage. This version does none of those things. The model you want instead is "HoMedics PA-100 Therapist Select Percussion Massager". The PA-100 has visible percussion action AND has a function to change the head spacing for better massages on different areas. I will be selling this version on craigslist and getting the PA-100.

We love this product. I have a bad neck and hip. My husband has problems with his sciatic nerve. This vibrator gives great relief to sore muscles. We only use it on the lowest setting and it vibrates deep with no pressure. I highly recommend and would definitely buy it again.

really good product not as powerfull as the last model also use with clothes it tends to grab hair, when i got it in the mail the packaging was a little loose but ok. But yes it is a very good massager works awesome just wish it was as powerful as the passed model

Keep looking nothing to see here this massager is weak and the handle is short. I regret not sending it back. My dog does seem to enjoy it however so I keep it around for him. I went to Brookstone and picked up a much better massager for $20 more.

I bought this massager for my mom to use. She has been experiencing back aches. I thought this product would be great for alleviating her back aches. It's great that the massager has a handle for you to slip your hand in it and grip onto it. It is also great that it is longer enough to reach your back. A small con is if you use the product and keep it on for a long time, your hand will feel funny from the vibrations. It wasn't a big deal to us but it may be for others. Massagers are usually expensive but this one was within our price range. I would recommend this to people who needs something to soothe and alleviate their back aches.

I love HoMedics but this massager for me was lacking. My old one has more power than this one. The high setting on this one is more like a 3 on the old one of 5. To swap the massager heads was not easy. I have had trouble getting them to lock on.
