I order a few of the Marshall Creek Spices at a time so I can take advantage of their shipping deal. I really like their vegetable flake package and it's a great price. It would cost alot more to buy your own veggies and dehydrate them yourself. I will be buying them again. This is a great additive to rice or plain potatoes and now that I think about it noodles or pasta.

The Marshalls Creek Vegetable Flakes hold a position of honor, in my kitchen. I add them to either chicken or beef bullion and create a great cup of soup. I also add them to rice, before putting it into the microwave and it adds both color and flavor. These vegetable flakes are also great as an addition to an omelet.

Relatively large veggie flakes add substance to your meals. I use these primarily to enhance ramen noodles, but I also add a few to pasta sauce and stove top steamed veggies. Compared to some other veggie flakes products, these are all flakes (more for your money) - no dried herb fillers. Add your own herbs/spices for soup or broth.

I really like this stuff for my soups. All the other vegetable flakes I have used have bell peppers in them and I just hate that. I like sprinkling it on roasts and other meats as well, and have used it in sauces and gravy. An all around great vegetable flake spice. I would like them to add a few more veges, but one can only dream.
