Just Okay

This is a very simple tie clip, which is what I was wanting to purchase. The pro side is that it is sterling silver. The negative side is that it is really thin and small. It comes off almost too small once it is on a tie.

Decent, not great

I bought this bar after I purchased another one at a store. The 1st one I bought in the store had a spring clasp that wasn't strong enough to keep the bar straight across. This clip was stronger but still slipped quite a bit. But for the price, it did a decent job.

Also, this isn't completely the product's fault as I was the one putting it on, but the ends are squared (and kinda sharp) and actually damaged my tie when I was putting it on. So just be careful putting it on.

Small but good

I was looking for a clip for my ties that wouldn't damage them or leave an imprint. This was among the cheapest I found on Amazon and looked sleek and minimalistic. It appears to be made of a good material, though the edges are a bit rough. My only real complaint is that it is a bit small and only covers the width of about half the tie when worn on the bottom third or so. Otherwise, it is really good and works well for what I wanted.

A very traditional tie bar that works more like a fancy paper clip than a fancy clasp. I like this about it because it is sleeker, doesn't poke, and probably won't break as easily. Fits great on skinny and fat ties. It is really the perfect size. It is very shiny! Prepare to blind some people when it hits the light. Overall it looks sharp. I read in some other reviews that it was too small and had sharp edges, but I haven't noticed either with mine. Great tie bar. Very professional looking.

Sturdy, simple, plain - in short just what I wanted.

I wear a cote and tie to class every day. Looking to be a bit more dapper I went on the search for a cheap effective tie clip that neither makes you look pretentious nor old. If you are looking for a J. Crew reminiscent tie clip or just a simple piece of metal to stick to your tie - this is for you. It looks good, fits skinny and large ties, works well as a tie clip, dose not bend and comes quickly. Simple as that.

Too Short

It was too short to go across the whole front of the tie. If you have a skinny tie then you will probably be fine.

good quality tie bar

Too thin

The length is fine, but the width is very thin, compared to other tie bars. The picture doesn't really show. So it ends up twisting around easily.

Good tie clip not cheap well worth the money I just keep finding better items at better prices every time I search .

it is what it is

my only complaint is that when it shipped it had some metal dust on it that I did not notice so it marked one of my shirts. Otherwise this item is exactly as advertised.
