    First of all, quality is top notch.
    This is a well made garment, but sizing is really off!
    The result is - I offer 3 stars.
    I have a small frame and have a 30" waist. I ordered US Medium to be safe. It was so small I had trouble buttoning it. For a garment that is "designed" to be worn over a shirt and tie, sizing is important and for this garment it is simply incorrect. This US Medium is a small or child size in reality. I did return and reorder the next size up and it fits perfectly!
    Now, due to a proper fit, I will update this rating and offer 4 stars.
    Lesson, if you typically wear a small or medium, their version of "large" might be the better fit for you...

    PS - when I left seller feedback about this - they rejected it. Literally...
    It came back to me saying it had been rejected!
    Hence, 4 stars and not 5... Apparently if comments are not good, they simply reject them.....

    i love it. it goes great just as pictured, a white shirt and black and white tie. i tried different ties and i personally do not like a tie that is more white than black with this; better to go with half and half or more black than white. The size is perfect as well. i am 5'10" 170lbs and i ordered a Large (US MEDIUM).

    I'm so happy with the size of this vest! I read the sizing chart and was in between sizes so I asked a question of which size to get and the vendor promptly answered. I'm 5'5 140 lbs and the medium (US small) fit me perfectly. I was worried about the length. It is important as it should be just long enough to cover your belt and should not show any undershirt in the front or back. The length on this vest was just right. It was initially roomy in the waist but you can tighten the clip in the back to get fit that hugs your figure, just like a vest should be worn. Make sure you re-tie the clip like you see in the Amazon picture for the back of the product because it comes out of the package tied incorrectly. For the price, I was really pleasantly surprised by the quality of the fabric. Definitely a great purchase. Very sharp look and much more than I expected!

    Bought these for costumed event and men and women alike loved it. It looks a bit different than the ordinary vest. It was really edgy...i loved it ...feels very comfortable and the tie the back stays in place. I have made it apart of my regular wardrobe.

    i would give 4 stars for style and design, but! this is the second time i order this, first time i ordered XL and turned out big, so i ordered a second time size L, and i received XXL..! great product though...i buy a lot from theless but it seems they have no fixed standards for sizes, meaning for another product i bought earlier was a vest and was XL but fits perfect ..,nevertheless great quality and great products form thelees..

    The quality is pretty good, although the buttons seem a little loose. It's also just a tad bigger than I had expected (I ordered the same size that I wear with other products from this company, which have all fit me soectacularly). It fits well, just a tiny bit looser than what I wanted. Nothing a tailor can't fix!

    I ordered this on Sunday night and it arrived Tuesday afternoon, I live in IL. To me that is pretty amazing. Love the vest. The quality and craftsman ship is very nice especially for this price. I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I have been eyeing TheLees for quite some time but honestly the reviews on the sizing freaked me out, I finally took the plunge. Despite all of the reviews I based my size choice on the sizing within the description. (I noted that the sizing for specific items varies so I may not always get this size for different items). I am 5'10" 170lbs and ordered a Large (US MEDIUM). It fits great. I had to cinch in the back strap for the perfect fit. I probably could get by with a US Small once I lose the 5lbs I am trying to shed for the ultimate slim fit. I am definitely going to order the other items from TheLees that have been sitting on my wish list for months.

    Not gonna lie, this is the first vest I've ever owned, but it looks and feels great. I'm 5'8" and about 170lbs. I have a bit of a fit torso but definitely not as fit as I could be. This fits great but seems a little short. I got the large (US medium). Maybe it's supposed to be short but either way my wife said it looked great.
