I absolutely love these! They are so versatile! However, there is no way I would pay this much for them when WalMart sells them all year round in the baking aisle for about $3.00 a bag!! This is ridiculous price gouging!!!

I thought these would be great. A quicker way to get caramel into cooking than the slow process of melting, speefing everything up. Halfway through a from scratch cheesecake I decided to try a piece. I was pretty disappointed since it was so gross I'm assuming it will ruin my cheesecake. I'll find out tonight. These things chew and taste exactly like pieces of wax. nothing like the great taste of the Kraft caramel cubes. Why did they use s different recipe for these? Simply awful. My sugar-freak daughter didn't even like them and she'll gobble up anything that even resembles candy. Do yourself a favor, just get the cubes and cut them into bits...unless you like wax.

Its good, but hard to use in baking.

Its a good "caramel chew" product... But I tried using it in blondies... and they just kind of melted, sunk to the bottom, and created like a toffee on the bottom of the pan.

Others rated it really low for that... But that was really because of my own inexperience with the product. Its really a quality product, you just have to get used to using it correctly.

I didn't even know such an item was available until I saw it was required in a recipe I wanted to make. So much easier to use than having to peel and cut up the regular size candies. I didn't know where to look for them so I went straight to Amazon and, of course, they had them. So pleased.

Although these are great caramel bits and work really well in baking recipes, the cost is way too much! I found the same exact bag of Kraft Caramel Bits at Target for $1.96 per 11oz bag. At three bags from Target, that comes to $5.85 total!….where do they come off charging over $12.00 for the same exact product? I could not believe it when I saw the 11oz bags in Target. Buy them at Target, they are the same delicious Caramel Bits!

We bought these to mix in with brownie mix and they did the trick. $16 was a bit steep for only three bags but we live on a small island that doesn't carry them in grocery stores. If you are in a bigger city was to Wal-Mart and buy them for $3 or $4 a bag.

I was trying to keep in melted, fondue-style, in a few different slow cookers and they all seemed to be too hot for it; the caramel was essentially burning. Whether that's the slow cookers or the caramels is unknown.
