This was just what I needed. Not to big and Not to small. Plus, you get a 480 watt power supply that works great. Great mid size case for any motherboard. Nice side fan vents for you to all your own 120 fan too. Local stores want twice as much for a case like this. This is a good deal. I have been building PC's for over 20 years and I know my cases. Just be careful with the sharp edges inside the case.

Don't get me wrong, this is a great case for the price. But with that said, you do get what you paid for.

Power Supply: Yes, it does come with a 480W power supply with these power connections: 20+4 pin motherboard, 4 pin CPU, 2 molex 4 pin, 2 sata 15 pin, then a molex and a 4 pin floppy. Power supply works great and does the job.

Build quality: No, there is not much to this. The metal is very flimsy. Bends really easily and doesn't provide much support. The plates on the back that come off for any pci or pci-e card are actually connected metal to metal. You have to bend them till they break off and then it leave part of the back bent and doesn't look good or right.

The Bad: As said the build quality isn't good. I don't know if it is the case, but when I plug my headphone in the front headphone jack, the left and right audios are switched. The case only came with 6 motherboard standoffs (I needed 9 for my ATX MB). The plate for the motherboard to be connected to was somewhat bent, but I just bent it back to being a little straight. The included 80mm fan just isn't good. Runs of a molex power and runs 100% all the time. It is load and hardly moves any air (changed it and got a 8'C drop in temp).

The Good: The only good things about this case is: one-it is cheap, two-it comes with an ok power supply, three-it has a good look to it, and four-it gets the job done.

Conclusion: I like this case, it looks nice and it does what I need it to do. The only draw backs are the pci slots in the rear, flimsy meteal, and the big one for me and why I gave it a 3 star rating is only 6 motherboard stand offs. Really, the one thing I would think would be a no brainier is to include enough bolts and screws to build what needs to be built.Read more ›

To be honest I wanted a new case for my current rig I have an i7-440K sitting in a AMD sponsored case it just felt WRONG. I don't care about flashing led's and stuff so I chose this one. Took out the PSU using it for a side-build I have an i3-3220 sitting around so this basically killed 2 birds one transaction. I was pleasantly suprised by how solid it looks and its probably 95% metal. The sides where easy to take off and it fit my 770 perfectly. It felt a little on the tight side but thats because I wasn't thinking and didnt install my 3 SSD's and 2 HDD's before the mobo. So I was contorting my hand quite a bit to plug everything into the mobo. The PSU placement is excellent easy plug in and I only used 1 screw driver other to anchor my SSD's. Once you get everything tightened down you have enough room for 2 fans, an aftermarket heat sink or a cooling system. Cheap, simple design, and good quality I got more than I bargained for. Anybody with a Gene' mini-atx board with custom cooling you will have no issues fitting anything you want into this case. Full board ATX you might have to make a sacrifice.

Don't buy this case if you're buying it because it comes with a power supply. The power supply will not work with boards or graphics cards made in the last several years. It does not have the 8 and 6 pin cord for graphics cards. It does not have the additional 8 pin CPU cord but it does have one 4 pin. The front connectors are all standard except for one and I don't know what it is. It's an unmarked floppy type connector with 2 pins in it and I won't use it. I ordered another power supply with all the right connectors.

This case also has a place for a front fan but it's covered with the solid plastic of the case front where the power button is so no air would go through if I put a fan there. It comes with a small 80 mm fan in the rear which should be replaced with a 120 mm fan.

Also, it comes with only 6 posts to connect the mobo to the case... my board uses 10.. good thing I had a jar full of parts or I would be trying to figure out how to fix this problem.

Other than all these problems, it can be made to work but it would be better to find another case.

True, I didn't expect much for under $30USD, but I did expect the case to be more then paper thin. This thing bends so readily, that you can distort the top and bottom of the case while trying to get the HDD into the too narrow 3.5" rack for HDDs.

As mentioned by others, the edges are not finished so you're likely to cut yourself several times while installing components. There are two missing standoffs for a mini-ATX mobo so you'll need to hunt those up, then the holes for the stand offs are poorly made so it's easy to strip the threads, compounded by the thin metal. I had to add nuts to 2 of my standoffs because of stripping and I was careful installing them the first time.

I haven't checked the PSU since I had bought a good Corsair, but the one that comes with the case is so light, I wouldn't expect it to last more then a few months, and just a few days if you're a gamer and are installing lots of goodies, like high def video cards. It'll go in my 'backup parts' box. Certainly not a PSU I'd want to use on a daily basis. Something to use for a few days if my good PSU fails and I'm waiting for a replacement.

Since the drive rack is pop riveted in place, trying to bend it a bit to scrunch in the HDD is a bear, as doing so tends to want to distort the top and bottom of the case. As it was, it was so tight, it scratched my brand new HDD.

While working on it (several days after everything was installed), it slipped off the work bench and fell to the floor, top first. The thing bent in several places but it was pretty easy to bend back into shape since it's so thin, and I got lucky here, without external wrinkles.
