I originally bought this because of the blister-pack packaging--easier to carry for short trips away from home. My "home" probiotic was Ultimate Flora 80 Billion. I have now switched completely over to the GNC 75 billion full-time, because I discovered that it works better for me than the UF product. More expensive, though. I wish it came in larger quantities with a lower price tag for buying in volume, as I take one capsule daily.

I have been using these and other dosages of GNC probiotics for years and it's had amazing effects on my health. I really like the quality of their 25, 50 and 75 billion CFU dosages. I am not certain about their 100 billion CFU product, though.

I do wish these were less expensive and that they were sold in larger quantities. It's annoying to get a box that only has 20-30 capsules if you take one every day.

On top of helping with digestive problems, after taking this a couple months I realized the toenail fungus I'd had for almost 20 years had disappeared! I'd previously used several prescription medications, such as Lamisil, in an attempt to get rid of it and nothing had worked permanently. This worked and the fungus has never returned.

This works very well for me. I have an intestinal disease and it has helped bringing me closer and closer to remission. I find that it is as useful as the probiotics that you need to refrigerate. This one I leave in the medicine cabinet. I take it once a day and I found after a few weeks it really helped. If you have mild to medium intestinal issues, you may want to try this.

If you have acid reflux then avoid GNC probiotics at all costs. The ingredient Fructoligosaccharides (FOS) greatly increases acid reflux episodes and severity. Their old formula didn't have it before, but now all of their probiotics have it and it is terrible.
