This ball is made of high quality material, and looks to be very durable and well made.
It smells initially, but airing it out for a few days removes the disagreeable smell.
Frankly, the worst thing about this product is the time and effort it takes to blow it up. It does, however, come with a hand pump. You may wish to purchase an automatic pump so that you don't need a hand transplant when you are done blowing up this product. An automatic pump is also useful with a bike, car and air mattress, so it is something handy to have around in case of emergency.
Once fully blown up, the ball is a very nice product to use, and very well sized.
I really like that the exercises are already printed on the ball, targeting a number of muscle groups.
There is sufficient diversity to get results and also keep things interesting.
The pictures are very similar to those that physical therapists hand out.
I would highly recommend this product, I have found it very useful and expect to use it for a number of years.

Update: I loved the ball, and used it for my workouts regularly. It seemed great, until, one day... it melted!! I live in Chicago, so please don't suggest that extreme heat might be the reason. I tried to upload pictures of the melted areas on the ball (and there are multiple areas!). So, I'm sorry to say that I have to change my review. The product is not the quality I first thought it was. I don't understand at all how it could melt. How? How?!!?
If someone from the company is interested, I can send you pictures or just send you the ball back. Let me know.
