I bought two for my tiny kitchen and yes I balked at the price, but standing on tile floor for long stretches of time is hard on the body.. The only downside besides the hefty price is that they do not stay in place on my tile floor and Ive tried a few things to keep them down. They like to move about freely which I find annoying. Other than that and the over the top price I love them. The red floral is beautiful. It is a true red and just lovely with the floral motif.

Nice sized rug with seemingly very durable memory foam. And, the rug lies FLAT. It appears that everyone else uses these rugs for their kitchen---however, mine went into the bath. I like the spot clean only part because i hate washing memory foam, but we will see how they hold up in the bath!! So far, I stepped out of the shower onto one and it absorbed the water fine.
The red/burgundy is pretty much true in the picture. I would say it is a bright, medium cranberry. And the flowers appear just a tone darker. It is, in my opinion, a nice looking rug that I think will last for a time.

UPDATED REVIEW: I still really like these mats but I've lowered 2 stars because of their wear and tear. I bought them in January of 2013 and it's now June 2015. First off, we're not perfectionist people when it comes to our kitchen. Things get spilled on the floor and while for the most part we get up the big spills. We're not going to dry the floor the instant there is a splash or move everything around to get a perfect clean and/or dry. Therefore, these mats wear and tear could entirely be sped up by our lack of viligant care, but I assume other people are in our boat would have a similar care as ours. We're not trashing them, but we're certainly not babying them.

The issue is that because there have been enough spills on the floor around the mats, that the velvety fabric and floor fabric that surrounds the memory foam are pealing apart. So there are big gaps where even more fluid, gunk, or junk can get in and deteriorate things faster. This also resulted in the surface of the mats to bunch, pucker, and wrinkle up, so it's no longer a smooth mat. Additionally, the edges are kind of "fraying" for lack of a better word. While the fabric doesn't technically fray, it's like the velvety material is wearing away.

They are still comfortable, and I like them, but after spending $60 on them, which is way higher than I would normally EVER buy for something like this, I just really really wanted them and they were my splurging accent for my first ever house, I feel like I couldn't on a good conscious recommend them to everyone. I'm happy I have them, sad they won't last much longer, but probably wouldn't buy a mat for a kitchen that's has the foam encased in some sort of material.Read more ›

I bought so many memory foam mats, runners and rugs for my house that I have no room left to put them! These things are awesome. I wish they made them wall to wall. They're fun to walk on too. This particular one is EXACTLY as pictured. It is thick and beautiful. It came packaged flat in a box, not rolled up and wrinkled like some of the others I bought did. I'm anxious to add this to my "collection" of memory foam rugs and I know it will be the prettiest and will probably end up buying a couple more. I'm very happy with this purchase.
