Works great, makes some tasty fried food and looks professional. Cleans easily, everything comes apart without trouble. However, two things... I can't calls them negatives since I could have researched the product more. It only goes up to 375 degrees, some products call for 400. They still came out fine though. Also, it takes a large amount of oil, more than I thought. Basically it uses one of those big 8 dollar jugs to fill, forget if its like 1 gal or something.

made a full Chinese meal on Sunday and this friend up the won tons, chicken to perfection. My biggest problem was in turning it on as that is not clear. That button looks like the on button for the timer. But once figured out everything was great and so fast. I bought two one for my grandson and one for myself both of us like it.

My caregiver and I looked over directions and thought it is odd the coils have no protection. When I plugged it in, it began to smoke and I unplugged it fast. When caregiver came, the same but it shut down and never ran again. We read and reread before using it to make sure we had it right. I want all of my money back. Honest, I don't think I will use Amazon again. I can't get out in winter to shop and tried Amazon. I look bad because my purchases are not good ones but my caregivers can verify the truth. Witnesses are good. I want to shop Amazon.

My new best friend. I absolutely love this appliance. I must say that I was pleased to see that this fryer was able to hold such a large amount of food in the basket. I was able to fit 10-15 drummettes in the basket and all of them came out juicy and crispy.

We love this fryer!!! It heats quickly and the timer makes it very easy to use. This fryer doesn't take up much counter space at all and parts are removable for easy cleaning.

I get the thing and it doesn't work, my husband bought it early for my birthday and just gave it to me yesterday, now I went to use it today and it doesn't even work and it tells me the return window has expired. after it took 8 weeks to get here. Very irritated!!!!!

Got this as a Christmas gift from my daughter . used it a few times , then tonight when I tried to use it , once it started to heat up , started to create a very strong burning plastic smell and the light on it went out. I unplugged it and it seems fried . Lucky it didn't start a fire .
