I love that it is organic. I love that it is handy. When I wake up very hungry I squeeze it onto Ezekial bread and I mix in turmeric powder & a probiotic powder & CoQ10 powder for an easy start. It is handier than cooking a sweet potato and having to store that in the frig. I still cook organic sweet potatoes and fresh ones do taste better & sweeter than this, but this is a very quick way to have breakfast. I share it with my dog and he loves it.

I wish I could find the sweet potatoes these are made from...because they are oh so delicious! I always test it before I give them to my son, just to make sure they are good. ( overly cautions I guess ) He loves them and calls out for a pouch all the time!
