The concept is great, but the product itself, needs some work. I got one for my dog not even a year ago and the tag is completely faded and worn off. You can't even tell what it used to be! And the tag itself is HUGE! I got the bigger one because the only other option I saw was for a cat and usually those tags are pretty small. I probably won't be buying anything like this again.

Like some of the other customers, I thought this product would give us the ability to locate our pet. It doesn’t. Secondly, I tried to follow the directions to register my new tag. The website provided on the instructions is an inactive page. Third, I have an iPhone and so far am unable to download the free app. I called customer service on Friday at 6pm, but will have to wait until Monday as they are closed. If you want to find your lost pet, I recommend buying a customized tag with your phone number on it!

I ordered the large pink tag and received the large blue tag instead. When I registered my dog with the service, it wanted me to upload a picture. I tried several times to upload without success or feedback (error messages, etc) of any sort. As a web developer, I can say that the site for this tag is built very poorly. Needs improvement!
