I got my clean flow a couple of weeks ago. I love it! There is no way for it to accidentally leak like the other brand I had been using. Another benefit is that the silence at night is soooo nice. No more splashing water sounds. My dog took right to it. The Cleanflow is also much larger than my old unit. The circular water movement in the bowl is nice and I can see that it is filtering out all the debris. I'm not sure how long the filter cartridge will last but it still looks brand new after a couple of weeks. The whole unit comes apart in a couple of seconds for cleaning and pops right back together. Free cleaning brushes came with it too. (I wasn't expecting that.) All in all, I'd highly recommend this product to anyone who likes quiet at night and who had their floors soaked occasionally by the other units on the market.

I have had several different flowing water filtration devices. The well rated Drink Well Platinum was expensive and time consuming to clean. We have lime in our water and the build up on the surfaces of Drink Well were difficult to keep in check. I threw it in the trash and resorted to water bowls. Needless to say, my zoo of kittens and puppies were not impressed with the non moving water in the regular bowl. So I thought I would try again. The K & H Clean Flow is a well designed and well constructed product. It is so simple to clean. It runs very quietly. The circular flow keeps the water fresh. I only need to top it off. Once a week, I clean it. My babies love it. I give this product a 10. It is really a great value and excellent price.

Quiet, holds a lot of water, economical with the permanent reusable filter. I love it love love it! This is our 3rd fountain and I like this one the best. I've spent all price ranges on fountains, from cheap to mega expensive and this is by far the very best one.

My mom and I got the Small, 80 oz Bowl for our cat about a month ago. She was nervous to drink out of it at first, so we unplugged the bowl until she started drinking from it. Since she is used to the actual bowl now, we have plugged it back in and she drinks from it regularly. We were nervous about buying this water filter bowl for our cat, but we would recommend trying it to any cat owner.

I purchased this bowl on the Amazon subsidiary Woot.com. I'm currently raising a Shiloh Shepherd pup to be a service dog. At 6 months old, he's 72 lbs, and with hot weather coming on, he likes having lots of fresh water to drink. He unfortunately has a tendency to spill crumbs of his food in his water, fowling his regular bowl if it's not kept separate from the food dish. Since I don't have the luxury of separate locations at work, I decided a bowl with flow and filter would be the perfect solution... and it has been!

Galen's water is now always fresh, and the bowl is very easy to clean. It seems solidly built, but only time will tell if that's the case. My only complaint is that it does make a constant growling noise, which tends to be louder if the water level is lower. The noise is enough to warrant the deduction of a star. I still would not hesitate to recommend it, though.

I'm the type of person who can usually put things together without problem - and usually without reading the instructions - but this thing ... Trying to follow the astonishingly useless instructions and the pictures on this web page, I was totally unsuccessful. The filter does not fit securely and it is too high. The place where the picture shows the water pump going has a piece of plastic jutting out that doesn't allow for proper placement. The indentation where he electrical cord goes through isn't quite big enough, so when you try to put the lid in place, it doesn't close securely and keeps popping off.

I'm very impressed that all those other people got this thing to work, mine is going straight back to Amazom.

Both the dog and cat use the water bowl without a problem and makes everything easier. It made a little of noise at first when the water would get just a little low.. but I found out if you raise the filter up just a little bit from the bottom of the bowl it it flows better and doesn't make the noise.
