This is the same fluid chrysler uses in thier new vehicels for halve the price,and this is the upgraded version,excellent in cold climates and also very hot climates.Here in wisconsin it can be -20 andyou have immiediant shifting performance,and way less stress on your transmission,mutch smother shifting then other fluids.this stuff is as good as amsoil or motul fluids for less than halve the price!You can not do better! Excellent deal from amazon once again!Also,great for towing.

Hello, if you have a current Chrysler product this is your trans fluid where specified. Excellent price here at the big A! Castrol ATF+4 is all synthetic and that is what you are looking for in transmission fluid or engine oil these days. Heat kills, so change your transmission fluid before the summer months and enjoy trouble free service from your transmission. Also, mix in some Lubeaguard sold here at the big A for added protection. Good oil.. Used on a 2005 ram 1500. Tranny shifts great! Remember to see what kind of oil your transmission uses! Either atf4 or dexron.. If you use the wrong type you can cause tranny problems. Look in your owners manual or do a web search.

I have a 2003 Dodge Neon with 100k+ miles on it. Transmission is original. It was shifting ok, but had some harshness to it. So I bought a box of this ATF, then used a $5 suction pump to remove about 4 quarts of ATF from the transmission. I then put 16oz of Lucas 10009 Transmission Fix and filled the rest with this Castrol 06810 Transmax ATF+4 Automatic Transmission Fluid. The result exceeded my expectations. Transmission now shifts very smoothly, I can barely feel the shifts.

I bought a used 2004 Dodge Ram 3500 with 67k miles and a never serviced transmission. The shifts were clunky and drivability was poor. I replaced the oil pan with a cast aluminum unit that has a drain plug and a couple of extra quarts capacity. At 6k intervals when I change the oil I drain out 7 quarts of ATF and replace it with the Castrol. The transmission has been revitalized with smooth comfortable shifts. I tow a 10,000# fifth wheel up 6% grades and the transmission fluid temperature has never gone over 205 degrees. Average running unladen temperature is 170 degrees. Very pleased with this product.
