The power head is an excellent buy. It has very good cleaning power and is versatile. I love the way it can be 'driven' under tables by spinning the wand. It is very well engineered and you can tell some thought has been given to the design. This is true clear down to the foot release for the wand.
The wand is good quality and seems very sturdy. I have 5 young kids, and if it can be broken, they will figure out how. However, I think this is durable enough to give us years of service. I marked down the set by one star only because the wall hanging accessory doesn't really handle the wand that comes with this. I wish I could give it 4.5 stars because some of the other stuff is truly great. Other than that, I think the power head, wand, hose combo is 5 star and would say that it is a great buy.

Great product at a great price. When I purchased my house it included a wonderful central vacuum but had the attachments from 1992. This is a huge improvement. It does a great job. I love the adjustable handle and how easy it is to attach the additional attachments. It has much better suction and is quiet. The swivel allows me to go under furniture very easy. I am so glad I decided to purchase this product. I also had a question when I received the item and the seller was very quick to respond and everything was resolved with ease. Great customer service, product and price...could not ask for more. THANK YOU!!

Bought this in Sept of 2012. By spring of 2013 the motor was constantly overheating and shutting down. Nor long after that the button that releases the wand for height adjustment broke off! Real German engineered products don't fail in a year!

The switch in the handle failed. Moya Vacuum Shop charged me $17 to ship a replacement part under warranty! Now I have to disassemble the handle and replace the switch and associated wiring. Judge for yourself.
