Good, simple, natural cereal...but way way overpriced for corn and sugar. Almost $6 a box, and the box is half empty. I got about three regular sized cereal bowls out of this. I only bought it here because no stores in my area carry it any longer. I don't know why this is. Even big box stores like Target and Walmart that carry many varieties of Kashi no longer carry this. I regularly pay a premium for products that are organic, or if nothing else all-natural, but it has to be worth the price. Again, this tastes pretty good, but too plain and too expensive. Also, didn't help that it arrived from Amazon in a box that had been completely smashed, resulting in the bottom portion of my cereal being reduced to a powder. Never heard from Amazon about replacing my box. It was packed this way, as the outer box from UPS was in perfect condition.

Good tasting cereal but here in Hawaii it does last long until it gets "soggy". Yeah I guess I shoulda kept it in the fridge. I don't think I will be ordering this again alas. Perhaps this "organic" brand does not have much (if any) preservatives, which might be a good thing to some, but if it means I have to throw out my cereal box before it is empty, well that's not such a good thing, right?

I was so disappointed when my local market stopped carrying this cereal. Apparently, most customers want their corn flakes to be loaded with sugar! I love the crisp, clean taste of this corn cereal. It's delicious with a few berries or a banana on top. It's my favorite--and I'm so glad to have found it here on Amazon.

Crack in a bowl. Seriously good stuff.

Non GMO, only 2 ingredients, and it holds up to the milk well too. Doesn't get soggy quickly like some flake cereals. Also, the sweetness from the flake sweetens the milk. It makes for a nice light breakfast. I love it with berries and/or banana.

For my taste Kashi Simply Maize is easily the best corn flakes money can buy. If these had been around when I was a child my mom would have had no trouble getting me to eat "corn flakes" for breakfast. The taste reminds me of a cross between Corn Pops Cereal, 12.5-Ounce Packages (Pack of 4)and Corn Flakes Cereal, Original, 18-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 3).
When I eat regular corn flakes they always get soggy before I finish the bowl. Kashi Simply Maize is still crunchy to the last bite even when I get distracted and have to leave the bowl for a minute or two. They have just the right amount of sweetness and adding a sliced banana or fresh fruit gives me a balanced nutritious and delicious breakfast.

While I've never disliked cereals, I've never gone crazy over one until now. I discovered Simply Maize when the local Giant had them on clearance.

It's so yummy! I love it because it's not too sweet, it's a more organic version of corn flakes, and best of all, it doesn't get soggy for a good long while.

I'm sad that I only discovered this after most supermarkets stopped stocking them, because as much as I love Amazon, I hate having to pay $6 for a box of cereal.

I like Kashi cereals, and several kinds have been my favorite. This one took me a while to discover, but once I did, I was instantly hooked. I really with it was easier to find.

This cereal is just the right amount of sweet and crispy for my tastes.

Kashi Simply Maize Cereal, 10.5-Ounce ((297g), by Kashi.
This Simply Maize cereal is a cross between corn flakes and corn pops. Puffy corn flakes would be a good description, with a bit of a molasses taste. Interesting, but not something I would eat every day. I added some Rice Crispies or Cheerios, along with half of a sliced banana, and Lactaid 2% milkfat milk. I have a problem with eating and digesting popcorn, with the shells getting caught in my teeth, and not digesting very well, as I have occasional bouts of diverticulitis related to seeds and hard shells. This cereal is made from partially ground "organic whole grain corn", shell and all. I ended up adding the remainder of the box to the bird feeder, as I don't believe in wasting food. I think I prefer something made from finely ground corn, like the corn in corn flakes or corn pops. I will admit that soggy regular corn flakes are kind of hard to take on a daily basis, which is why I keep mixing and matching different cereals at breakfast.
