This is thick, soft plastic, not like the thinner cheaper cover we have for our carseat. It drapes well over the double stroller, and it is very well made. The only con is that it does not cover the handle of the stroller. I have seen other large rain covers that cover the parent's hands when they are pushing it. I wish it was longer in the back to cover my hands when it is raining. Oh well.

This cover is expensive but completely worth the money! When caught in pooring down rain, this cover kept my son completely dry (and happy!). I waffled on buying it for a vacation to norway, until my mother in law said "for as much money as you have spent on this vacation, you'll be very upset if you get caught in the rain without a rain cover!" Within hours of landing in Norway, I sent her an email saying "you were right! Best money I have spent in awhile!"

We decided to get this last minute for a day at Disneyland that turned out to be rainy... This was perfect, our 5 month old and 3 year old stayed nice and dry and so did the stroller and all our belongings. This is a nice and thick plastic, not flimsy.

it is fine if you are only using it for 1 child. For the second child riding below this works but it is not optimal in extended rain exposure. It drains down the cover and can dump in to the lower child. If you want to go for an hour run in the rain it's not going to be the best solution for keeping both kids dry.

Fits nice. Slight hassle to get child in/out as whole unit basically needs to be uninstalled to do so. An access sealed zipper would be nice. But product does fit and provide exactly what is described.

This cover fits the stroller perfectly. Only complaint I have is the back flap for when the stroller is in the lay flat position doesn't attach very well. Maybe they should have used a zipper on both sides of the sun hood instead of the Velcro on the back.

I am so glad I decided to buy this cover! My little one has already been through a few trips around in the rain and come home completely dry! If you are still taking two kids with one in the bottom seat I would recommend getting the double cover.

I have the Explorer stroller which they stopped selling a couple years ago. I borrowed an older version double navigator cover from a friend for a trip and it was awesome on my stroller. I was disappointed with how this version fit. I think my sun shade must be longer than the navigator.
