Not seen any of the results that were described. Yet another over hyped product that fails to deliver. One affect it certainly did have when I started taking it was to feel tired everyday? Feeling tired and wanting to sleep or no energy. I have continued to take it, as other people in the same situation have done, in the hope that it will eventually 'kick in', But what I am noticing is that I don't feel this lethargy on the days I don't take it. On the days I do not take it I feel my normal more vibrant self. Great promises and marketing but poor product.

By trial and error I yet discovered that this product works. My experiment is not finished, After two more months I probably will be able to say which dosage is the best for me.
