I was disappointed in these. I have purchased others that were solid metal. These are a stamped metal and very thin. They have no strength. I might use these as decorations, but will not use them as an actual latch.

Very good looking latches. Be aware that they don't come with screws so you'll have to do some shopping to find matching size and colour screws. Also the material is pretty light and thin so these are strictly for decorative/light use.

I read the reviews that stated that these were not solid but hollow. What I didn't expect was that the metal was so thin these are useless except as a decoration. I wouldn't trust them to latch anything. What a waste of time and money - I threw them away.

Be careful who you order these through. I ordered some in bulk from another vendor and they were so flimsy I had to fill them with putty to keep them from bending when installed. These are very nice. No need to fill before using. Worth the money.

"Decorative" is an understatement. They are stamped from metal not much thicker than soda can material. You can break them with your fingertips. I cannot imagine an application where they would actually hold up for the implied purpose.

These are very disappointing. They're extremely thin, stamped metal. They're extremely tiny, and they're basically only usable in any sense for a ring box or jewelry box that is very tiny. They're not cupboard/shutter/door hardware by any stretch of the imagination. The photo should include something for scale, and show the back side.
