Needs a locking washer

We got 6 of these to mount Aviom mixers at church. We use them with K&M microphone holders to clamp the mixers to our performers' music stands. It's a huge improvement over having the mixers on the floor or balanced on an amp or keyboard. The one complaint is that the knurled retaining rings don't grip the adapter securely. With use, the adapter tends to work loose from the mic stand/holder, and the mixer turns or wobbles. I'm hoping that locking washers will cure the problem, but I haven't had a chance to try that yet.

Not like OEM for Aviom

Not designed quite the same as OEM - missing loops below where you can tuck the cable in. Other than that it works fine.
