I am using this ginger in my Kombucha and it is delicious but a little bit goes a long way since it is concentrated form. I am looking forward to using it with other flavors too but have been busy trying several fruits. I think adding fresh lemon juice with it will be next. I have read about ginger brew so that might be in the future too. Not enough hours and space to do everything. It's great to be able to get this through Amazon along with the supplies to do Kombucha.

I use this dried ginger to make delicious tea which also helps decrease inflammation for me. I also use fresh ginger & boil it to make tea but the dried ginger is very fast to make when you're on the run.

Item shipped quickly, and we just added it bottles from to a batch of kombucha that had just finished fermenting. Added about a gram per 16oz bottle and let it bottle condition for two days at room temperature. The resulting kombucha is delicious. The ginger imparted a rounded, smooth flavor; other ginger kombuchas can be sharp and overwhelming. Will order again.

This is a great convenience to me for making the Kombucha 2nd brewing (the anaerobic brewing phase) to give it the hot spicey ginger fizz that only ginger does. It's difficult to find organic ginger in the stores, and the fact that this is dried, so the shelf life is very long. It only takes a few pieces of this form of ginger to brew a fizzy tall old wine bottle filled up after the 1st 'aerobic' phase of brewing kombucha.

This worked great for flavoring my home brewed kombucha, and a little goes a long way! I put probably a teaspoon in each 12 oz. bottle and found it was actually a little bit too strong for my taste, so I'll knock it down to half next time.

This ginger makes some tasty kombucha! It is very easy to use and makes tea ferment quickly so your kombucha is nice and bubbly in a flash! It is also a great price for the amount you get.

I find it better to use fresh organic ginger. This Ginger is dried and is quite hard even after being saturated in Kombucha for weeks. I even tried putting it in my ninja to get smaller grain-it didn't work. This stuff is hard as rocks.
