    Fit is somewhat small but no need for heavy sweater or layers, the coat is very warm and comfortable even at freezing temps.
    Warmer than North Face Thermoball although heavier. The non-"Slim" version is too bulky.

    The coat is well made, comfortable, and lives up to its name "the snorkel". The nylon shell is very wind resistant and the insulation will keep even harsh cold out. I bought this coat because I needed one with less bulk for use in aircraft cockpits where big puffy coats just get in the way and it has proven ideal. The coat is better than the bomber style flight jackets for very cold weather and covers more of your body which is a real help when you get out and have to deal with things on the ground.

    What's amazing is you'll quickly find the coat is the strong link in your clothing chain. Gloves, pants, and shoes will all seem less warm after you get used to this coat!

    Nice coat. I'm 5'9" about 145lbs. And tried the extra small, had to return it though. Sleeves are a hair short and the shoulders and chest area are a tad tight. Going to order the small. The complaint about the zipper that everyone seems to have is legit. I hope AI addresses this issue.

    The quality of the parka was good, but for a 5X big it only covered my sides. I was a little disapointed when it didn't fit. I retain a lot of fluid around my stomach and can't find a winter coat that fits me.
