I have been using this product on and off for several years after being diagnosed with gluten intolerance. I find it to be extremely effective at reducing inflammation in my digestive tract. Since it's a medicinal food, I only use it occasionally at half the amount stated as dosage or serving size on the container. I find all flavors to be mild in taste, it has a little grit to the bottom of the glass but nothing I can't handle for the results and benefits.

This stuff is great!!! My Pilates instructor recomended it because after workouts I was crashing because of medical problems I have. I took this one hour before work outs and no crashing and no recovery time needed at all. Also if I'm extra sore because of a workout, I take it before bed and when I wake in the morning 80% of the sorness is totally gone!!! Love this stuff
