They fit great, hold everything in place and are very comfortable.
I'm a female 5'9" and 140lbs, the medium fit nice and snug and worked really well for my 10+ mile runs.
My knee still felt weak but I wore these during my half marathon and the support provided to my knee was amazing.

Have just unwrapped and put on the Large size tights, having returned the Mediums. At 5'5", and 135lbs, the sizing information recommended a Medium, but I couldn't even pull them up over my runner's muscled legs! The Large fits so nicely, and the compression is very apparent. Looking forward to my first run in them today. Noticed that I am not the first user to question the sizing information.

I'm a dyed-in-the-wool Medium in virtually all my running gear by all the other big brands- Asics, Nike, New Balance, Lululemon (8), etc. These tights are so small they wouldn't go past my calves. I'm 5'8", 145 lbs, wear a 6 or 8 in everything. Guess I'll try a large next purchase.

Pulling them on the first time is a challenge, kind of like new panty hose. After 3 knee surgeries, and arthritis I thought I might need the extra support. I feel much less fatigued after workouts and even walking the dogs ( 2-3 miles). Have also worn on longer hikes about 6 miles with good results

A friend recommended these running tights to me. They are great for stabilizing my knee and great on the abs. I wore them twice to see how I like them and then for a half marathon. My knee and legs felt really good after the race. I would definitely recommend them for long runs and will be purchasing another pair soon.

I'm 5'4, which is average height, but these tights seem a little long. The knee openings aren't exactly where my knees are unless I tug them up pretty far. That said, they're amazingly supportive and my 8-month-ago reconstructed knee feels extremely stable in them. Love the rainbow seams!

I'm a fairly new runner (less than a year) and training for a 15K. I've had hip and IT band issues. I stretch a lot, which is crucial. I bought these tights a month ago because my training ramped up pretty quickly and I was feeling it. These have been a dream. They definitely stabilize my hips and support my alignment. The compression is intense, but it helps during and after the run. My recovery is quicker. Gone are painful days after. I may be a little sore, but nothing like before.

They are definitely tough to put on and you feel like a sausage, but I'd never worn real compression tights before and wasn't sure what to expect. Once you get used to putting them on and taking them off, it isn't a problem. I like them so much, I am ordering a second pair.

I have two pairs of these capris along with tons of other running clothes. I bought them because I'd heard compression wear can help decrease soreness. I'm 5'1" and 108 lbs, generally petite and fit with a bit of a post-baby belly. I ordered the XS, and yes, they look like they'd fit my 5 year old, but I am able to get them on. They are supposed to be VERY fitted, so try the pantyhose approach. As some others have said, it would be nice if they came in short and long lengths for a more precise fit. When I first put them on, I get them in the right spot around my knee, but they're just a bit longer than I need and the seams on my knees seem to shift a bit when I wear them.

I've done several practice runs and races in these, and I do feel like they keep me from getting tired and sore as quickly. If you buy the right size, they will truly compress you all over, holding ALL your muscles in. I feel less vibration from all the impact of running. They seem to support not only my knees and quads, but also my low back and abs.

Besides being practice, they're also pretty cool-looking. The stitching is eye-catching and unique. It also helps you line everything up properly.

I do wish these had a pocket somewhere. If so, and if they made different lengths, I'd give them 5 stars.

Perfect for anyone returning from injury... or working to prevent an injury while staying active! I injured my right knee after my last half marathon a few years ago, and these cropped tights feel great - good light support around my joints and comfortable compression fit. I have these and the full length tights - love them both.
