I was surprised at how much suction these produce. just rubbed some lip balm around the inside of the base, and they stayed attached until I took them off 2 hours later. they feel great on, and.my nipples were redder and noticeably longer when I removed these. with regular use, these should give you longer/puffier nipples. But don't leave them on too long at first. start by wearing them for 15-20 at a time, then a little longer. I liked the feeling so much that I left them on for 2 hours; I had a blister next to one nipple and had to wait 4 days before wearing them again.

since the package contains no instructions: apply lip balm, then press each sucker firmly over your nipple. then squeeze the closed end of the sucker once to create suction, and let go. squeeze quickly and hard for best results.

I bought several sets of nipple suckers and finally purchased these. They are the best, by far. My nipples and aureoles are small but I had no problem getting a good fit. The secret is to use some lubricant gel when you apply the suckers. You control the vacuum by squeezing the suckers to expel air.

I use these at night with moderate suction. They stay on all night even though I toss around a lot.
