The reason for the 2 stars is just because of the after taste and the smell. Why do these capsules smell so strongly like moth balls? And why do they leave the after taste of just eating moth balls??? Even burping moth balls??

This product (specifically by Metagenics) was recommended by my doctor, to help my body rid itself of any extra estrogen floating around in my system. For further explanation, I do bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) so taking this product is just an extra precautionary measure to assure that I don't get a build up of estrogen.

I have used other products by Metagenics and the quality is excellent. This review is solely to share my taste buds!

I am on a very high estrogen replacement. After a few years, I startred to get high estrogen symptoms. My blood levels indicates my estrogen was not too high but rather my symptoms was because my body was not metabolizing the estrogen (this is what my dr said). She suggested this supplement and man did it do the trick. Work fabulously for me.

Does well at helping with Estrogen issues. It doesn't necessarily lower estrogen in the body but helps rid the body of built up "bad" estrogen. It has always helped me with my issues even with just one bottle.

The only thing this product did for me is help with painful ovulation. Still have pain during sex, still have irritating discharge all the time. My gynecologist recommended this supplement because after dozens of visits and tests she could find no cause for my symptoms and was thinking it may be my estrogen. It also makes me extremely sleepy. I cannot even function and caffeine doesnt phase it. That on top of the fact that if you consume too much brassica vegetables, it can affect your thyroid/metabolism. I am going to stop taking this product. Tried it for 3 months. I don't recommend it.
