Well-made cat furniture which was delivered in five work days. Our cats love it. We bought it primarily for the top lounging platform for our two large cats. We sealed off the hole and made it a solid platform. The cats climb up the side, so the hole is not necessary. Only wish the tube was larger for our biggest cat who loves to sleep in tubes. An 11"x 17" tube would be better than the 9"x 13" provided. It was packaged beautifully for safe shipping. The purchaser has to attach the lower lounging tray, which took a couple of minutes with a battery pack screw driver/ drill to drive five provided screws. The screws were lined up and ready to drive. Very happy with this product.

The bottom lounging tray is not attached on and requires the use of multiple screws on to the frame. As someone with absolutely no DIY skills, no actual equipment to attach on the screws, and no instructions to follow, it is a little frustrating that I'm going to have to wait for someone else to get it fixed. But cat loves sleeping on the top.

Cats love it. Great design. A little difficult to drill the one platform they have you attach to the base, but other wise came completely assembled.
