I bought one to replace the front fan on my HAF-X Case. I tried to find a Cooler Master 230mm, but those seem to be extinct. The fan fits in perfectly, and the holes line up no problem, I even used the screws from my old fan to mount it. It pushes a lot more air than the stock fan of my case, and is quiet. I didn't order it from Amazon, but I couldn't find any reviews anywhere about it fitting the HAF-X, so I thought I would make a review here.

Installed as a side case fan connected to a Lamptron FC2 fan controller, on a Corsair 600T case.
The BitFenix 230mm is quieter than the Corsair 200mm and does move more air. Nice looking fan.
Included accessories are 4 screws and a voltage reducer.

Cons: expensive at $28
Does not include the rubber fan mounts shown on the pictured product. Amazon should take the rubber fan mounts off the Ad, because they ARE NOT INCLUDED!

I purchased this fan to replace a noisy fan in my HAF932 case. The stock fan was slightly damage in shipping and became noisy over-time.

While the BitFenix is actually only a 200mm fan, it's oversized housing allows it to attach flawlessly to the 230mm fan mounting holes. It's smaller, but moves more air (150cfm compared to 100 for stock) and is as quiet as the stock fan running normally. While I would have prefered a black housing to blend more with my case color, the white isn't bad; plus it has no annoying LED lights. It has a very sturdy housing, is well constructed and runs perfectly. I would highly recommend it.

230mm fans are hard to find. I have an NZXT Phantom case that has 3x200mm fans. I wanted to replace the side fan with another because my Corsair H80i cooler made me have to mount my side 200mm fan on the outside of the door. This fan is the only choice I had...The fan blades are the same size as my 200mm, maybe a little smaller. and it doesn't really move as much air as my NZXT fan did....so I'm kinda disappointed. I gave it 3 stars because it looks pretty cool on my case. But ...if you are looking for a fan, do your research. This is a ok fan but idk, not what I was hoping. But maybe there is no options and this might be your best option for a 200mm/230mm fan.

I ordered this along with a Bitfenix case. Everything looks nice, but 2 out the 3 fans from Bitfenix did not work. No power, nothing, just dead. I emailed their customer support and after several days with no response, I decided to return this to Amazon. I would HIGHLY recommend going with a more reliable brand, and one with good support like Corsair or NZXT. Bitfenix apparently has no quality control and awful customer service. Will not be buying their products again.

I'd bought three of these, and they were quite a headache for us. We had a lot of difficulty attempting to mount one in the front of the HAF 932 case, first one out. Once finally mounted, on test it made a ton of noise regardless of what we did with it, even having it out of the PC.

Second fan and third fan already had cracked housing in the box. Shipping, possibly, but these definitely did not work out for us.

Full refund was given through Amazon, no complaint with that. Suitable replacements were found. I'm sure there are cases where these fans worked out well, but I wasn't one of them.

Good fan. Fragile plastic its made from though. Had to superglue a fin back onto the fan due to shipping. Shipped in a bubble envelope even though the fan clearly has fragile packaging and will not take much pressure on the fins to break them off. Other than that its a great fan and should last longer than others because it doesn't use the shorter lived sleeve type bearings.

Excellent fan, fits the Bitfenix Prodify case and is very sturdy. I only have a few minor complaints: there is nothing I could see on the fan shroud to indicate which holes to fasten the screws to. It took a bit of trial and error before I found that it mounted correctly by using the 2nd hole in from each of the flat sections. There is also nothing on the fan to indicate airflow direction, normally fans have 2 arrows, one that shows the direction the fan spins and another that shows the direction air flows. I ended up comparing the curve of the blades with another fan that did have the arrows to figure it out. Last complaint is really just a preference, I would have preferred if the entire shroud was white, as you can see in the product image the back part of it is a dark gray.
