I bought these to use on the Apprentice S 15e RC plane. These work so much better than the stock rubber bands. The stock rubbber bands feel like they're borderline going to snap they need to be stretched so far. These are perfect.

I bought these specifically to use on sling shots and they work great. I have not performed a specific endurance test but one set I have used for over 100 shots I'm sure. They do stretch some but not enough to hurt performance which, if you want to know, I have found a 5/16 bearing or pea gravel through a fairly flat arc over 30ft with enough oomph to penetrate double wall carboard at that distance still. I have determined that 1/4" bearings are really too small. 3/8" steel bearings are a bit much for this set up but similar sized pea gravel is lighter and works fine.
I gave it 4 star instead of 5 for the stretching.

These feel good, like they'll last. I'm converting my collection of some 600 CDs to a more portable format (high-res AAC on a 128GB micro-SD card in a high-end media player), then organizing and packing away the CDs. These red packer bands are perfect for banding together a group of 2-8 standard CD jewel cases. Good hold, low stress. This makes it easy to keep the music of one artist or one genre together when boxed with lots of other CDs. I know some of the boxes will not be opened for years. I'm hoping the bands will still be intact then, not having turned to a "lump of hard or gooey glue" as some natural rubber bands have in the past. Does anyone have experience with better stretchy bands for longterm storage?

Now that I've got 'em, I've also found this size to be useful around the house, especially in the kitchen. In fact, their handiness inspired me to buy some that are about twice as long and less firm. Now I've got various standard and some larger-than-standard rubber bands on hand. Very useful!

I use shifting litter box liners for my cats needs. I like the brand but their rubber bands to hold down the edges of the layer of plastic are sub-par. They seem to break easily and only last a week or two at most. Their anticipated lifespan should be over a month as they come with enough liners for that!
I finally decided to try to find some on Amazon. While these are not exactly the size I needed they have great stretching ability and will fit. The first couple of times it is a bit difficult to get them all the way around the litter box I can manage it. They are a high quality rubber band. It has only been about 2 weeks but they do not show cracking and loss of elasticity at all, unlike those supplied with the liners.
I only wish they had come 9 -10 inches to better fit my litter boxes. Great product + Great price = happy customer.

When I was trying to choose which rubber bands I needed for my project, I noticed that people had questioned how many rubber bands came in this box. Therefore, when I got mine, I counted them. They are very nice, strong and fresh (not rotted) rubber bands. All one size and there were 75 rubber bands in my box. Do not be afraid to purchase. Everything was great with the transaction and with the product.

I bought these for some home-made resistance excercise bands. Bundle any number you want together and tie-wrap them together. Works great. Measure the distance between the fulcrum pin and the load pin of your exercise equipment and order the closest size.

I suppose they are as described. There were tons more than I needed and not strong enough for the use I had in mind. So I am keeping a few and giving rest to the school. The cons are the length to strength ratio is off with such narrow bands. They do not last long in my climate, which causes rubber(?) to rot, fast. They few I have used are already starting to fall apart. If you know this is definitely the size you need, they are probably just right. They come in a flimsy box that is designed to be kept on a counter or in a drawer, not on a shelf in a cupboard. I had to tape the box.
