hit or miss on theses cables

Increased rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Got a personal call from the owner of the company and he was really dedicated to great customer service and mailed me two more cables for free (which work fine), after I returned the poor working cable. Seems like the company is in the US and the cables are manufactured internationally with some errors in the manufacturing process. Hopefully these issues are fixed long term. It also seems to me that their real success has been in hdmi cables and this is the only audio cable they have so they may need some time to catch up. Wish cables were less than $10 though.

these are note cheap cables, they cause $10 a piece and I needed a reliable not so lossy cable for an event so i bought 2 to be safe. one of them worked OK (not great, I have a thinner "free" cable that came with my speaker that worked better). The second cable didnt have audio in one channel right out of the box. disappointing

I have a problem in my car with these audio cables. I kept buying the 3 foot long cables, and from time to time, someone in my car would grab my iPod and pull it toward them to change a song, and they would pull far enough to reach the end of the cable and either yank it out of the jack or put strain on the end of the cable. Over time, that caused fracturing of the wires inside the cable, and within 6 months or so, I would get nothing but static or one speaker would continually cut out. Grr. I bought this one in the 8 foot length so (hopefully) this wouldn't happen again. So far, it's working perfectly. Fingers crossed!

Aux cable

I've never heard of these cables but I took a chance and bought them because of the reviews. I was very surprised with the sound quality, no static, and produces very good sound. I would recommend these cables to anyone looking for inexpensive, quality cables. Very good purchase.

It's well made, but doesn't work with thick iPhone cases!

I bought 2 of these cables because of one reason on the product description page, "New design allows plugs to be seated completely in thick protective cases" (my reason I gave only a 3 star rating). This might work on some other cases, but if can assure you that this cable DOES NOT work on Otterbox Defender and Ballistic Hard Core cases for the iPhone 4 or 4S. I had to return the 2 I ordered, and go with another brand that had a slim jack plug similar to the OEM iPhone ear bud jack plug.

This PlugLug cable is very well made, and it would have been great if I could have used it, but PlugLug needs to slim down there plug, it is WAY to thick! You would need to modify your phone case by filing down the plastic frame to get this cable to maybe fit all the way in the jack port. If you do not have a case, this is a great cable for you, if you have an Otterbox or Ballistic case, this is not for you!

Well designed cable!

This is a great cable. Perfect for your car is you have a 3.5mm aux jack in it. Perfect length, and high quality build materials. The idea to design the ends so it fits your phone even with a case on, is brilliant, as I had this problem with my previous cable.

I might be imagining it, but the sound quality sounds better with this cable than previous cable :)

Perfect Cable!

I love the quality of this extension cable. It's solid, well constructed (quality materials/build), great design and feels substantial. The recessed fittings also allow you to use this with 99% of the phone cases out there, which is a HUGE plus!!! All of that for a great price. I also bought an extension cable and a splitter. I will definitely be buying more from this company!
(Sounds like I was paid to say all that Lol! I really wasn't, I just really found the product that reliable and impressive)

Great Quality

What I like about these cables, is not just that they are Monster cables, but that they are thick cables. They also fit tight in the players, so they don't unplug easily if you hit the cord. The sound quality is great. I am very happy with these, & the 4 foot length is ideal for setting my phone, or MP3 on my car seat.
