    Exactly what I was looking for. I wanted these shoe to do two things:
    Keep my feet dry. They do can walk through the standing water after a heavy rain puddles 4-5 inches deep and my feet are still dry to the toe.
    I also wanted to get through the metal detector so that I would not have to take my shoes off going into work when it is raining, and I can.
    Well worth the extra cost for composite toes and waterproof construction.

    I have been in love with the composite toe from Timberland for awhile now. This pair will be the third, and hopefully the sole will hold together and not leave me with damp socks 6 months after putting them on.

    This is the Titan version and they tweaked the tongue and made it more water repellant. Added the hooks at the top for quick lacing which changed the pressure points on the top of my foot but I like a tight lace up. And they have somewhat changed the sole it might be thicker or maybe a different compound. Whichever I hope it holds up better then the non Titan style.

    The absolutely best new feature has got to be the comfort flex fit they have. OMG it's like S-E-X on my feet in hour 10. I used too always drop a durashock in every pair of Timbs. When I opened them up for Christmas and looked inside the boot it looked different so I tried them with a thin pair of socks and was instantly in foot heaven. Insert not needed.

    Only thing I am going to do is put some Toe on them and rock some boot socks. So here is to hoping that the third time is the charm and these dead smexy boots will make it through two wet seasons.

    These are my second pair of Timberland Pro boots and just like the first pair these did not let me down. I went with a composite toe this time instead of a Steel Toe and that cut down on the weight a little. They are by no means light but they are very confortable. I have not tested out the water proof capability but if they are anything like my old ones I am sure they hold up to thier claims. I also like the sole as it is very high and seems to be of good material. Hopefully they last as long as the first pair which lasted me over 10 years.

    I work in substations walking on gravel outside or concrete floors most of the day. I decided to purchase theses after my last pair of redwings finally started breaking down. So far these are great. No problems with achy feet at the end of the day. A problem I had with my last pair of Red Wings.

    The size fit just right, but when you tighten the strings it gets very uncomfortable on the ankle bone. I believe another reviewer had the same issue. Everything else about the boot I like. I'm hoping it just needs some breaking in, though I've never had this problem with other Timberland Pros.

    These boots were ordered as 11 2E but what was sent was 11W. I will keep them for another week of so to see if they stretch but I'm not holding my breath. I hope they do stretch as I really like them but I don't want numb feet all day.

    I wear these boots every day. I have been buying Timberland PRO boots for many years now. Most of the time they last about two years if you wear them every day (5 days a week) on a construction site.

    I love the comfort of this boot. I work in a cold wet and snowy climate. I recommend this boot with 5 stars.

    I work in the construction business and meet with customers. These Boots are durable enough to handle all elements that I expose them to and look stylish enough to wear to customer meetings and have all the safety features required to be on job sites. to top it off they are comfortable. The safety composite toe makes them safe but not as heavy as the steel toe that most footwear have. I have worn Timberlands for over 15 years. I would recommend Timberland to anyone. It is a solid boot.
