Preparation GuideAlways wash your hands before preparing your baby's food. Make sure all utensils are cleanAt the start of weaning, use small quantities of nestle CERELAC. Start with 1 heaped teaspoon (5g) of Nestle CERELAC powder mixed with 1 tablespoon (15mL) of pre-boiled, lukewarm drinking water.As your baby gets older and weaning progresses, gradually increase the amount according to your baby's appetite and stage of development, working up to 50g of Nestle CERELAC powder ...

My baby likes nestle cerelac. I was trying with the Gerber baby food ,but she was spitting it. She is starting to eat now and I am little bit relieved.The only downside is -it is not sold in stores nowhere near me. As food quality -it is good. If your baby is breastfed like mine and it is having troubles with textures I would recommend.

My 7 months baby & I like it so much, we enjoy it as a breakfast everyday since she was 6 months..
The only thing is I have to give her good amount of water and fruits like apricot, mango or prune everyday so she won't be constipated otherwise she's so happy with her breakfast.
