At first I was disappointed with this because it smelled like apple cider... It's the strangest thing... Then all of a sudden it felt like I was living in a box of cinnamon gum, which is exactly what I was looking for, a strong, intense cinnamon smell. I'm not sure what it is but my boyfriend and I have noticed that occasionally it smells like apple cider but majority of the time like strong cinnamon. So, bear with it.
I personally don't think that this would be good for someone looking for a soft holiday smell like cider or cookies. If you want cinnamon and you love cinnamon, to the point that you can feel it tingling on your skin as it's filling the air... then this is for you! I'll be using this every winter!

I have been making soy candles for over 10 years and this is by far the best cinnamon smell I have found. It has great scent throw and smells wonderful. I usually get a "mmmmmmmm" when people try this one!

We purchased the Cinnamon Stick and Clean Cotton fragrances to make DIY scented soy candles. The scents smell wonderful and easily compare to the hardy fragrances of Yankee Candles. The scent stays in the candle and gives off a wonderful aroma as the candles burn. We will definitely be trying other scents in the future.

I was looking for a strong and pure cinnamon scent to use in small reed diffusers. This fit the bill and is a reasonable price as compared to others. It lasts well in the small reed diffusers. (some of the thinner liquids will evaporate too quickly)

I have placed a second order and will continue to use this.

I make several candles a week using the coffee cup warmer on my desk! (Patience is a virtue.) The CandleScience sents purchased are solid performers, but they aren't noticably different than any other sents I've purchased from local stores.

I wouldn't hesitate to buy again if I can't find what I need locally or need to round out my Amazon cart for some reason. It is good product, but not worth paying a premium to get.

Love, love, love this cinnamon oil. It's perfect. I mix it with peppermint oil and it's an amazing combo. It reminds me of Christmas scents and is surprisingly calming. The cable guy came over to fix my Internet one day and asked me what that smell was. He said it was calming him after being in a fender bender earlier that day.

In my reed diffusers, this oil works very well-- not too overpowering, but you can smell cinnamon! I like cinnamon as a home fragrance as it is very comforting, and this scent is very much a 'baking' cinnamon scent, and not too sharp like some other scents (usually why cinnamon needs to be paired with vanilla in some lines). This cinnamon, however, is mellow but apparent. I've been searching for another cinnamon oil since my favorite diffuser oil was discontinued (it was Zum vanilla-cinnamon, and this is the diffuser I have).

I've found my new cinnamon home fragrance-- THANK YOU!
