This case fits the iPhone 5 perfectly. It is thin and made of polycarbonate. It comes in numerous designs ranging from pink and purple pastels, polka dots, spots, petals and pansies! The 'Spots' case has spots and comes in purple with pink spots, or blue with teal spots.

The phone snaps snugly into the case, which has large cutouts on top and bottom and upper left side for access to ports and buttons. Of course, there is a cutout for the camera on the back. All of these align perfectly with the iPhone 5.

This case is not as thick or protective as an Otterbox, Speck or some other cases, but it is very sleek and stylish. It does offer some protection though.

It is less slippery than the phone itself, but it is not rubberized and has no texture, so it doesn't really add any "grip" to the phone.

If you are looking to add some pizzazz to your phone along with a little protection this is a nice case. If you are seeking added grip or superior protection, this would fall short in those areas.

As the other reviews have noted, this is far more `decorative' than `protective'. It is very thin, so much so that handling my phone after switching it out with my other case felt strange. It just covers the back and sides of the phone, with full cutouts for the buttons and inputs. My other case was thicker and actually covered all buttons (the case had its own buttons). As far as decoration, this is nice looking. I like the green and the design is cool (my last case was merely white). Still, I don't feel as if my phone is really protected and so dropping it will make me cringe. I like the lighter weight feel though. This slides in and out of my pocket easier. It is more of a `skin' than anything else. The price is ridiculous though, so I advise getting this on sale.

The Belkin Shield Spot Case is light, rounded and with rounded edges, relatively soft, flexible and thin exactly as much as needed for protection (below 1/16 inch), fitting perfectly, not slippery, does not cover anything requiring direct access including controls and dock connector allowing charging while in case, and has a very nice surface that will mask marks of use. The pattern is flush with the background, though it makes a texture that can be felt. The surface is not sticky and does not attract grime, though it can be easily washed in the unlikely event. It is inferior to the covers, which instead of some cutouts have very functional protrusions for the buttons allowing to feel and press them as without the cover, such as the similarly priced, but boring Infinite Products Plasma TPU Case and Belkin Grip Neon Glo Case.

This is a cute little cover. The dots are perky and the case does not look cheap. It is slim fitting and does not add bulk. I appreciated the lens cutout for the camera and was pleased that the ports lined up perfectly. The case itself is smooth. While not as slippery as the phone, it lacks grip. I doubt this case affords much protection against drops but it should adequately defend against scratches, scuffs and everyday bumps. This is a great case for everyday use. It is slim and sleek with a cute and colorful pattern to brighten your day.

This case is only made to add color to your phone. Do not get this if you are looking for phone protection. It's simply a plastic case that pops over your phone. It doesn't cover the front at all. It's not padded at all. It's just to change the color and dress up your phone while providing some scratch resistance on the parts that it does cover. It only covers the back and the sides of your phone. The front is open.

Fits the iPhone5 and does not fit older models like the iPhone4.

This is a nice looking iPhone 5 case with a cute design. My only complaint is that it is very slick and therefore easier to drop when it slips out of your hands. It also shows fingerprints. It is very cute though and does protect the phone as it is designed to do.

The case feels like its made from cheap plastic, and doesn't leave my iPhone feeling very secure. Accessibility to the charger port is restricted and the volume and sleeper buttons are difficult to use when using this case. I changed cases in less than an hour.

Somehow the Belkin Shield Spot case reminds me of water. The bubble design is fun and a little mellow. The colors are nice and blend well together. It fits the iPhone 5 perfectly but the only problem I have is that I wish the lip was a little bigger to give my screen a little more protection. The polycarbonate finish feels nice and is not slippery, but also does not give you any extra grip. The nice part about it is that it does not attract and hold lint like some rubberized cases. It always looks clean and if it does get dirty, like if your kids start playing with it after they just ate some chocolate, it easily wipes clean. It also does NOT pick up fingerprints (unless your kids just finished eating chocolate). The glossy surface made me think it would gather fingerprints like crazy, so I was very happy to find that it didn't. The fit is tight, and not that easy to remove, which is nice. I did have to press kind of hard to get it in, and that always makes me nervous. I will update if the design wears off easily, but for now, it seems quite durable.
