Most hot sauces, artisan-gourmet-mango stuff aside, traffic in a very specific flavor. Somewhere between Tabasco, Frank's Red Hot, or Melindas. I've always been looking for the perfect version of "generic red hot sauce," and between this and the elusive Yucatan Sunshine I've found my brands. This is the 'darker' of the two, and a little spicier, but nothing you can't handle if you're not a sucka. Buy this hot sauce and improve your food.

I was always looking/trying different hot sauce's for just the right one and I've found it! I first found it at Whole Foods and then my husband looked on Amazon because I am going through it like crazy, he just found it and bought me a case!! Thank you to my husband and to Amazon for carrying it!!
